The Ontario Liberals have delivered a scathing post-mortem into their “devastating and disappointing” election defeat to Premier Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservatives last June.
In a candid critique, the Liberals acknowledge they were hindered by an “unpopular” leader in Steven Del Duca, a woolly campaign platform, poor voter-identification data, inadequate candidate vetting, and a lack of money and volunteers.
