This past Friday, a Jewish synagogue in Vancouver was firebombed. Thankfully, there was minimal damage and no one was hurt, but it is the latest in a continued and ongoing escalation of targeted violence against Canada’s Jewish population. It is beyond appalling that such violence is occurring. But perhaps worse has been the feeble and flaccid response from our governments at all levels, when they can be bothered to respond at all.
