A civil lawsuit filed on Sunday accuses rapper and Democrat supporter Jay-Z, real name is Shawn Carter, of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit, initially filed in October in the Southern District of New York, was refiled to include Carter as a defendant. The accuser, identified in the lawsuit as “Jane Doe,” alleges the assault took place at a house party following the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000.
