Montreal police are investigating an act of vandalism after windows were smashed and graffiti sprayed at Concordia University’s Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies on Thursday night.
The incident took place around 9 p.m. on April 10 at the university’s building in downtown Montreal, though police were alerted through a non-emergency 911 call several hours later, according to Montreal police spokesperson Véronique Dubuc.
