Thursday’s charges against seven current Toronto Police officers and one retired cop is among the largest police corruption scandals in the city’s history.
Following a months-long investigation, it’s alleged the cops were involved in extortion, drug trafficking, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to commit murder, and other crimes.
