Young Ontario activists’ climate lawsuit against province goes to Court of Appeal on Monday

The young Ontarians who’ve spent years fighting the province’s climate-change plan are gearing up for another day in court Monday.
The consortium of young Ontarians who, since 2019, have been pursuing legal action against the Ford government over its climate change plan, is headed to the Ontario Court of Appeal this week.

These youths, many of whom launched this lawsuit when they were teens, have alleged the province’s handling of the climate crisis is so “woefully inadequate” it breached their Charter rights.

Oh, Come On! NOW Media’s ‘Surprised’ Fauci Lied About Social Distancing?

Every once in awhile, when I’m on the radio, I tell the story about how I first heard of so-called social distancing during COVID. Early in the pandemic, at a White House presser, the scarf queen, Dr. Deborah Birx, said they just sorta kinda made up that whole six-foot thing. Birx said something like, Well, we thought we’d just double the distance suggested for most illnesses. Fauci was in on the conception of the life-altering lunacy. They were spitballing, pure and simple. The media were there for the presser. But that origin story was sucked into a Super Massive black memory hole to make room for more Fauci worship.

Canadians worry U.S. democracy cannot survive Trump’s reelection … but Trump is more popular among Canadians than Trudeau

Canadians worry U.S. democracy cannot survive Trump’s return to White House, poll finds

OTTAWA – About two-thirds of Canadians surveyed this month said American democracy cannot survive another four years of Donald Trump in the White House, and about half said the United States is on the way to becoming an authoritarian state, a poll released on Monday said.

The November U.S. election is likely to pit President Joe Biden against Trump, who is the clear frontrunner to win the Republican nomination as voting in the presidential primary race kicks off in Iowa on Monday.

FIRST READING: Trump is more popular among Canadians than Trudeau (and what that means)

Biden was the clear victor at 67 per cent, but Trump came in with the unusually high support of 33 per cent of Canadian respondents.

That’s higher than the current approval rating for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, which the Angus Reid Institute last pegged at 31 per cent. It’s also slightly higher than the percentage by which Trudeau won his last federal election; the Liberals secured their minority government in 2021 with just 32.62 per cent of ballots cast.

Germany’s “far right” seek revolution in farmers’ protests

Far-right groups have discussed toppling the German government as they seek to harness the anger of ongoing farmer protests over subsidy cuts.

A protest took place in Berlin on Monday amid fears extremists are infiltrating the agricultural movement.

Our team Germany has been working with BBC Verify to build up a picture both online and on the ground.

While the far right is piggybacking on the row, a “Germany first” narrative appears to be gaining wider traction.

This is the same MSM technique we witnessed in Canada, one guy tries to make a poorly thought out point by waving a Nazi flag and the MSM pounces declaring all Truckers to be NAZIS.

The goal isn’t to discredit the “far right” but to discredit the farmer’s protest.

How many Swastikas have the Hamas supporters waved about? Why aren’t they called NAZIS? Why is the media for the most part treating them with Kid Gloves.

Michael Higgins: Mélanie Joly’s timidity a sign of Canada’s foreign policy cowardice

George Orwell wondered why it was that in decisive moments during the 1930s British statesmen always managed to do the “wrong thing with so unerring an instinct.”

The Trudeau government is treading in these footsteps.

It took the Liberals days to craft a statement on their position on Israel being accused of genocide by South Africa at the International Court of Justice.

Hamas release sick footage with hostage Noa Argamani forced to say her two fellow captives are DEAD, ‘killed by IDF strikes’

Hamas has released a new video in which 26-year-old hostage Noa Argamani is forced to say two of her fellow captives are dead, allegedly killed by IDF strikes.

It follows a video earlier today where Hamas claimed they would reveal tonight if three hostages are alive or dead – including Argamani, whose abduction horrified the world.

Storm clouds looming as Liberals head into spring sitting of Parliament

The story of the Trudeau government has been one of storm winds repeatedly knocking them off course.

In their first mandate, it was the Trump presidency. In their second, it was COVID. Coming out of the 2021 election, the Liberals no doubt hoped their third mandate would be their chance to make up for lost time — but…War! Downtown Ottawa is occupied! Foreign interference! State-sponsored assassination! More war!

In deep Iowa snow, Trump expected to win caucuses in an avalanche

A cold coming we had of it. Icy winds blow across the plains, numbing the face and cutting to the bone. Stranded cars and tractor trailers lie abandoned at the side of highways. Snow is piled high on the side of every road in the state capital, where giant icicles hang off buildings. Candidates’ yard signs and children’s playgrounds have been enveloped by a white blanket.

Welcome to Iowa, often described as the centre of the political universe at this stage of the US electoral cycle, but currently feeling more like the outer reaches of our solar system.

The poor Guardian ia twammatized like these guys below!

Nearly 100 churches across Canada have been torched or damaged after activists lied that 200 indigenous children were buried under Catholic schools

Almost 100 Christian churches in Canada have been systematically targeted in apparent revenge attacks following a hoax about mass graves containing Native American children.

In 2021, a horrific story swept the internet as an indigenous group in Saskatchewan claimed to find 751 unmarked graves under the Marieval Indian Residential School, weeks after 215 children were supposedly discovered under another school in British Columbia.

The schools were run by Christian churches – largely Catholic – and sought to eliminate their students’ Indigenous culture so they could ‘assimilate’ into Canadian society.

Thousands of tractors block Berlin as farmers protest over fuel subsidy cuts

Thousands of tractors have brought Berlin’s city centre to a standstill as farmers from across Germany protested on parliament’s doorstep over rising costs and a plan to phase out agricultural fuel subsidies.

An estimated 30,000 protesters, including farmers supported by a wide range of representatives from other industries from fishing to gastronomy to logistics, blocked the streets around the government quarter on Monday with their vehicles, including lorries and forklift trucks, and even children’s toy tractors.

Terror attack in Ra’anana leaves multiple wounded, one dead
