The tradition of a summer job is threatened by Canada’s misguided migration strategy

Ottawa has exponentially hiked the number of low-wage migrants it brings into the country, creating more competition for job-seeking young people.

The search for a summer job is a rite of passage.

Filled with anxiety and reward, the quest in Canada offers young people an introduction to the marketplace, where they will spend a large portion of their lives, hopefully leading to independence and self-confidence.

But this summer in Canada, opportunities for people between the ages of 15 and 24 are abysmal. Their hunt is full of dead ends and discouragement. Talk about making hope-filled young people feel unwanted.

The Liberal government and their Corporate cronies should be jailed for the ruin they have visited upon Canada with their hateful mass immigration policy.

GOLDSTEIN: A Palestinian state won’t lead to peace in the Mideast

Carney speaks at a Muslim Brotherhood function

The latest call for the creation of a Palestinian state by Prime Minister Mark Carney and the leaders of many other countries is a classic example of politicians believing they have to say something and this is something.

The political fraud inherent in this call, however, is the implication that creating a Palestinian state will end the suffering of the Palestinians and ensure Israel’s security.

Carney repeats housing pledge lie despite data showing goal is out of reach

Prime Minister Mark Carney is standing by his promise to double home construction to 500,000 units a year, even as federal data shows the target is far beyond the country’s current building capacity.

Blacklock’s Reporter says Carney offered no explanation for how his government plans to overcome the well-documented obstacles.

Richard Robertson: Carney’s Palestine recognition a foreign policy blunder

Last week, Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that Canada intends to recognize a Palestinian state in September. This would be a dangerous, highly premature decision — and a foreign policy blunder that could embarrass Canada while compounding the crisis in the Middle East instead of bringing Israelis and Palestinians anywhere closer to a lasting peace.

If it means winning the Muslim-Left vote bloc then Carney is happy.

Canada’s reputation was destroyed under Trudeau’s reign.

There are no eggs left to break so Carney may as well go along to get along with whoever he might strike a deal with.

‘Canada, When Terrorists Applaud You, It’s Time to Ask What You’ve Become’

When a senior Hamas terrorist praises your country by name, it’s not a diplomatic gesture. It’s not a political milestone. It is a stain. A warning. An indictment of a nation that has lost its moral compass, its democratic voice, and perhaps even its future.

Carney knows. He just doesn’t care.

Carney promises new trading relationships, can’t handle U.S.

Mark Carney showed up at Gorman’s Mill in West Kelowna, B.C., on Tuesday promising to change Canada’s trading relationship. If we judged that promise based off his promise to strike a deal with Donald Trump, he’d get an automatic fail.

Still, he wants us to believe that he’s going to turn things around and magically not make us reliant on the United States.

Conservatives slam Liberal EV mandate as out of touch with Canadians

Conservative MPs are calling on the federal government to scrap its electric vehicle (EV) sales mandate, accusing the Liberals of ignoring consumer demand and pushing forward with policies that are unaffordable and impractical for most Canadians.

In a joint statement released Tuesday, Raquel Dancho, Shadow Minister for Industry, and Ellis Ross, Shadow Minister for Environment and Climate Change, criticized the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate as “flawed” and “ideological,” arguing it will hurt jobs, investment, and consumer choice.

Mark Carney mocked for hugging man in thong at Vancouver Pride Parade

Mark Carney and his side piece. His “legal” wife should be worried.

Prime Minister Mark Carney surprised revellers at Vancouver’s Pride Parade over the weekend.

While his attendance wasn’t announced, Carney was in the city to meet with Vancouver Fraser Port Authority president and CEO Peter Xotta and DP World Canada chief operating officer Joel Werner in the morning for a photo op after visiting the port facility.

Carney’s Move to Strip Religious Charities Undermines Canada’s Foundations, Liberal Elder Warns

VANCOUVER — I am a former partner of a national accounting firm and a registered Liberal who has served seven leaders of the Liberal Party, including four prime ministers. I am also a Christian actively involved in not-for-profit entities that “advance religion.”

I strongly oppose the new direction of Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government, as outlined in the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance report, Pre-Budget Consultations in Advance of the 2025 Budget, which recommends removing “advancement of religion” as a recognized charitable purpose.

Carney’s eyes are cold and dead.

‘The Fruits of October 7’: Hamas Leader Praises European, Canadian Calls for Palestinian Statehood

Senior Hamas official Ghazi Hamad on Saturday hailed Canadian, British, and French plans to recognize a Palestinian state as “the fruits of October 7,” crediting Hamas’s terrorist attack on Israel with growing Western support for such a state.

“Why are all the countries recognizing a Palestinian state today?” Hamad, a senior member of the Hamas politburo, asked during a Saturday interview on Al Jazeera, according to a translation by the Times of Israel. “Before October 7, did any country dare recognize a Palestinian state?”

Experts seek fact based analysis to convince public that the destruction of their economic & social well being by mass immigration is a good thing

As premiers push for more immigration power, experts call for a fact-based debate

OTTAWA – Some premiers say they want to have more local control over the immigration system — but experts say what the system really needs is a national conversation on immigration reform that shores up public support.

“Most of the existing policies have been formulated on the fly without any evidence or serious impact evaluations of what the various classes of immigrants are, how they’re performing economically and otherwise,” said Michael Trebilcock, a retired academic and co-author of two books on immigration policy.

“So it’s basically research-free.

Sheryl Saperia: Supporting Palestinian statehood means endorsing violence

Former U.S. vice-president Hubert Humphrey once observed that “foreign policy is really domestic policy with its hat on.” This deceptively simple phrase captures a profound truth: a country’s stance on international affairs is almost never just about abstract ideals or global ethics. It reflects, and often redirects, domestic pressures, political calculations and the ideological currents coursing through national life. Canada’s proposed recognition of Palestinian statehood is a prime example — a foreign policy move with far-reaching consequences for our national and international security.

Carney is cool with that.

LILLEY: Carney has failed to deliver on what he promised Canadians

How did Canada get to this point? We went from being a trade priority, close to a deal with Washington to not having a deal and not being a priority.

Friday came and went and there was no trade deal with Donald Trump. Mark Carney’s point man on Canada-U.S. relations, Dominic LeBlanc left Washington for Moncton, New Brunswick, a clear sign that talks were not continuing in a serious way.

‘This is bad news’: Former foreign minister warns on U.S.-Canada trade tensions

Canada is bracing for further tension in its trade relationship with the United States, after President Donald Trump imposed sweeping new tariffs.

“This is bad news,” said former foreign affairs minister Peter MacKay in an interview with CTV News Channel Sunday.

“It’s bad news for the markets. It’s bad news for many sectors on both sides of the border. … There is a lot of impetus now to try to bring this to an end.”

Crap like this will not win Carney many friends, not here not in the USA ask Justin.
