Left-Wingers Falsely Claim Canada Day Protest Is ‘Terrorism’

A large trucker convoy, calling itself the “Canada Day Convoy,” has plans to come to Ottawa on Canada Day for a “peaceful protest.” The group is looking for the government to lift the remaining mandates and to award back-pay to fired Federal workers.

Police Watchdog Clears Vancouver Officers Who Fired Non-Lethal Rounds At ‘Freedom Convoy’ Protesters

Ontario’s police watchdog has cleared two Vancouver police officers who fired non-lethal rounds at two protesters in Ottawa during the ‘Freedom Convoy’ protests.

The officers were part of the police operation that helped clear the downtown core of the occupation, which lasted for weeks and led the federal government to invoke the Emergencies Act.

Canada Threatens To Bring Back Vaccine Passports

Canada may not have seen the last of the mandatory COVID-19 vaccine passports. Proposed restrictions could even be harsher than before, likely to require three to four inoculations in order to travel.

It’s worth noting that the mandate is not set in stone, but the government is preparing for the possibility of introducing the measures in the Fall. Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos made the announcement during a press conference. The vaccine passport mandate for federal employees and other travelers might be over for now, but Duclos made it clear that it’s likely to return this fall.

Washington’s Governor Warns This Will Be The Summer Of “Blackouts, Destruction, And Death” After Approving The Destruction Of Hydroelectric Dams. Jordan Peterson Has Thoughts.

That is quite the promise from Washington’s governor.

And rather astounding considering Jay Inslee’s state is the leader in green energy. This is not exactly an endorsement for his policies.

‘Misgendering’ Now A Punishable Offense In Schools

In Virginia, the Fairfax County School Board has decided that suspension is the appropriate punishment for “malicious misgendering” and “malicious deadnaming.” In classrooms as early as the fourth grade, if students use the wrong pronoun or wrong name when referring to a classmate, they will be forced to miss valuable school days by a school board that thinks it has the right to control what students say.

This is not an issue limited to northern Virginia. In Kiel, Wisconsin, a school district opened up a sexual harassment investigation into three eighth graders who “misgendered” a classmate. Those students referred to a classmate as a girl rather than the grammatically incorrect “they/them” pronouns the student demanded to be referred to with. The school district sought to destroy those three students for not speaking the way the district demanded.

Big Sister is Watching You and She’s Kamala Harris

The bad news is that the Biden administration’s notorious Disinformation Governance Board, a flagrantly unconstitutional effort to restrict the freedom of speech that was “paused” in May after an avalanche of criticism, is back (although its Orwellian name is still on ice). The good news is that heading up Biden’s handlers’ new foray into authoritarianism is none other than Vice President Kamala Harris. This is good news because Harris has handled the previous jobs she has been given with spectacular ineptitude. If she stays true to form this time, she may end up actually strengthening speech protections, rather than destroying them as she has been tasked to do.

No Free Speech On Campus? No Federal Funding, Poilievre Pledges

Conservative leadership candidate Pierre Poilievre says as prime minister he would appoint a “free speech guardian” to protect Charter rights on campus and revoke federal funding from postsecondary institutions that don’t uphold free speech.

“Universities are supposed to be places where ideas are openly discussed and challenged, but they have become places where gatekeepers and a loud minority silence students and faculty,” a statement from Poilievre’s campaign says.

Down And Out-For-The-Count: Pictures Of Drug Addicts Passed Out All Over Portland Show How Its Decriminalization Program Has Backfired – With Officials Now Proposing Japanese-Style ‘Coffin Homes’ For The Destitute

Portland’s open-air drug market is laid bare as people smoke heroin on the streets and needles litter the sidewalks as city officials start homeless sweeps while a nearby city’s mayoral candidate ‘wants to round them up and use ‘Japanese-style pods’ to house them.

New photos taken by DailyMail.com show the current situation in Portland, a city that has been plagued with homelessness and addicts openly using drugs in broad daylight. Users were seen injecting themselves, slumping over in a semi-comatose state.

Discarded needles, human waste and the smell of urine adds another layer of tarnish to city’s progressive policies – one of them being the Ballot Measure 110 decision, which has decriminalized hard drugs in the Democrat-run state.

Joe Biden Says He’s Considering Gas Tax Holiday, Gas Rebate Cards

The president spoke with reporters about a gas tax holiday as he spent the morning at the beach with his family.

“Yes, I’m considering it,” he replied when reporters asked if he was considering a gas tax holiday.

“I hope I have a decision based on data I’m looking for by the end of the week,” he continued.

The video is the latest bid by the military to foster a more sensitive environment for its members and staff. These programs are part of a larger push by the Biden administration to make the military more welcoming to transgender individuals.

Trudeau Models Canada’s “Woke Revolution” On Fidel Castro’s Cuba

Throughout history, revolutions have arrived in a variety of permutations. In some cases, the general public understood the circumstances. In others, its application is subtle in nature. In most cases, a revolutionary leader drives national transformation. Generally, public awareness of this political figure is well understood.

It is not the case in what can be described as PM Justin Trudeau’s “Woke Revolution” of 2022. Due to media obfuscation, a majority of Canadians have yet to comprehend the idea that a real and tangible form of social revolution is presently occurring in our country.

Grammar Nazi: ‘Presently’ does not mean currently, and is used incorrectly here.

The Liberal plan to curb inflation with … more inflation

This week, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland is reportedly set to unveil a $7 billion package intended to help address Canada’s historically high rates of inflation.

There’s just one problem: When it comes to curbing inflation, dumping yet another $7 billion into the economy is probably among the least advisable medicines.

Trudeau’s Passion For Carbon Taxes

Canadians are struggling to make ends meet as the price of almost everything is getting more expensive as a result of historically-high inflation rates. Unfortunately, the Trudeau government is refusing to give Canadians a break.

Last April, Justin Trudeau’s carbon tax increased and now his second carbon tax – the Clean Fuel Standard – is set to increase as well – causing the cost of goods to increase even more.

Drag Queen Story Hour Is The Intentional ‘Queering’ Of Early Childhood Education

Drag queens are not in schools by accident. It was and is an intentional act to upend educational models, to subvert norms of morality and human behavior, and to “queer” early childhood education. “Drag,” writes authors Harper Keenan and Lil Miss Hot Mess, “is firmly rooted in play as a site of queer pleasure, resistance, and self-fashioning.”

“Surveillance footage shows that police never tried to open a door to two classrooms at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde in the 77 minutes between the time a gunman entered the rooms and massacred 21 people and officers finally breached the door and killed him,” the San Antonio Express-News reported, noting that the information came from a law enforcement official who was involved in investigating law enforcement’s response to the tragedy. “Investigators believe the 18-year-old gunman who killed 19 children and two teachers at the school on May 24 could not have locked the door to the connected classrooms from the inside.”

“For just how long is NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh going to prop up Prime Minister Justin Trudeau? Because right now, he’s failing to serve as an effective opposition leader at a time when the government needs to be held to account.”

Instead, what transpired is the establishment of what can be termed a Socialist Authoritarian Coalition Government. To Mr. Singh’s chagrin, far more Canadians adhere to this belief than he ever imagined. Based on Liberal-NDP Agreement fall-out, the party leader may have signed the end of his leadership run, if not his entire political career.

Did You Know That On July 28, 2020 The Rockefeller Foundation Published A Document Called “Reset The Table” ? It’s All About The Upcoming Food Shortages.

This document flew under the radar for many but is now more important than ever in the light of what has been happening to food processing facilities being destroyed globally and herds of cattle being culled.

The first question anybody should be asking is “How would the Rockefeller Foundation know about upcoming food shortages” in 2020. Naturally it was just a calculated guess on their part. Isn’t it also interesting that the title was “Reset the Table.”

Surely just another coincidence considering “The Great Reset” was announced on 3rd June 2020. Amazing how they can get all their ducks in a row lined up so quickly considering Covid had only officially been on the block for a few months.

Trudeau Establishes Death On Demand As The Law Of The Land

In June 2016, the Parliament of Canada passed federal legislation to allow eligible Canadian adults to request medical assistance in dying. Thus it was that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau became our nation’s founder of euthanasia policy.

Since this fateful moment, euthanasia laws have quietly expanded in scope. With assistance from media, most Canadians remain unaware of moribund details outlining Canada’s federal and provincial assisted dying policies.

An Ontario Doctor Says ERs Are More Stressed Than He’s Ever Seen. Data Backs It Up

Patients in emergency rooms around Ontario are waiting record lengths of time to get admitted to hospital, a situation medical professionals say only appears to be getting worse.

The trend is particularly worrisome for hospitals because it’s happening despite a diminishing COVID-19 caseload, and because it comes at a time of year when the burden on emergency departments usually eases.

More than two years into the pandemic, the wait times are a sign of just how chronically strained the province’s hospitals have become.

Justin Trudeau Is ‘Gaslighting Law-Abiding Gun Owners’

There’s a “cynical trick” being played with gun politics in Canada, says Gary Mauser, one of Canada’s foremost authorities on gun control. By exploiting American shootings to layer on yet more regulations for Canadian hunters, farmers and sport shooters, the prime minister is taking advantage of the ignorance of his supporters, Mauser tells Anthony Furey in this week’s episode. And while more Canadians are cluing in to the reality that Ottawa’s latest gun-control proposals aim at the wrong target, they’d be surprised to learn how little the government is doing to address the real problem of firearms smuggled in illegally from the United States.

It’s No Coincidence The Liberals Are Suspending Vaccine Mandates Just As Trudeau’s Hypocrisy Became Completely Undefendable

Trudeau going to the US and then coming back to Canada with Covid and being able to evade the rules and procedures that apply to the rest of us made the continued mandates politically untenable for the Liberal government to maintain. But don’t mistake their move as a matter of principle.

Woke Ontario Teachers’ Hatred Of Conservatives On Full Display

Ontario’s woke teachers – clearly upset that Premier Doug Ford won a landslide majority earlier this month – took to Twitter non-stop over the past two weeks to express their hatred of conservatives.

Before they leave the classroom for their two month vacation, they also vowed they’d continue to indoctrinate young minds.

Of course they didn’t use the word “indoctrinate.” These radical leftists would prefer to call it “teaching young minds respect, kindness and equity” – code for dividing students into identity groups and ramming Marxist ideologies down their throats.

Early COVID Treatment Works – Yet More Examples

There are many paradoxes in the COVID-19 data from the western nations concerning disease and death attributed to SARS-CoV-2 infection. One of the most problematic is the result of widespread systemic reporting bias, in which disease and deaths WITH evidence of infection are grossly over-reported as disease and deaths FROM infection by SARS-CoV-2. The truth is that we may never be able to resolve this, to get to the bottom of what really went on, due to perverse political and financial incentives to over-report COVID-19 deaths (while also minimizing toxicity of the vaccines). But there is no question that if you are admitted to a western hospital with a COVID-19 diagnosis, your risk of death during that hospitalization has been amazingly high.

A Bit Of A Rant On The Senate GOP Compromise On Gun Control

When the prospective deal in the Senate on a gun control bill was revealed on Sunday, Allahpundit shared some of his observations and analysis. As is the case with any of us, I probably won’t view it exactly the same way. But there were others from the conservative side of the aisle weighing in, some in rather surprising ways. For example, when I first looked at an editorial from the staff of the Washington Examiner titled “Sensible Senate steps to reduce gun deaths,” I assumed it was a satirical piece. It was not. I’m going to share the first three paragraphs of this editorial with you here before commenting so you can get a sense of the tone. And I’ll include a reminder that this was not intended as a satirical piece.

California’s Schools Are Reviving The Loyalty Oath

The California Community College administration has just adopted a rule that will require faculty to use diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) principles and anti-racism in their teaching. DEIA and anti-racism are labels for a family of controversial tenets, from the belief that minority groups should enjoy special privileges in hiring, college admissions and so forth, to the broader view that capitalism and similar bedrock institutions must be uprooted to address systemic racism. Proponents of anti-racism argue that anyone who does not support these deeply divisive concepts is in fact racist.

Political Violence Escalates in a Fracturing U.S.

After a week featuring a House hearing into the Capitol riot, the attempted assassination of a U.S. Supreme Court justice, the firebombing of an anti-abortion group, and the arrest of extremists apparently ready to rumble at a Pride Month event, it’s fair to say that political violence is now part of American life. With the right and left at each other’s throats, the U.S. resembles Italy in the 1970s when ideologically motivated clashes plunged the country into years of turmoil. Italy eventually got its problems (mostly) under control, but the U.S. might suffer less pain by decentralizing power and restraining the state’s reach so that people need not fear abuse when enemies win office.

Furey: Trudeau’s Commitment To Villainize The Unvaccinated

Travellers are experiencing long delays as a result of the Trudeau government’s vaccine mandates and travel restrictions. Despite calls from travel groups and airlines, the government refuses to drop the mandates.

This week, the Trudeau government announced it would drop mandatory random testing for travellers until the end of the month. As Anthony Furey explains, this will do nothing to solve the crises in our airports.

Anthony says Justin Trudeau just can’t drop the mandates because he’s fully committed to the villainization of the unvaccinated.

More than a decade ago, Michael Walsh dubbed the Democrats, “A criminal organization masquerading as a political party.” I once thought this was overstating the matter, but I no longer do. If you can’t fully accept this characterization, recent events surrounding the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, should unshutter your eyes and let in the light. Even Liberal MPs Are Turning Against Trudeau’s Authoritarian Travel Bans

In the lead up to the 2015 election, Justin Trudeau often talked about how many Canadians felt their MPs represented the Prime Minister’s Office rather than their constituencies.

It was an effective line and an effective talking point, as it resonated with the widespread feeling that power had become too centralized.

Of course, Trudeau pulled a fast-one on Canadians.

Once he took power, he centralized control in the PMO even more than Harper did.
Further, while Harper was often known for listening to differing internal perspectives, Trudeau has been far less tolerant.

Those who actually believed him when he talked about “openness” and “transparency” and tried to live up to it – like Jody Wilson-Raybould – were quickly ostracized and replaced by sycophants.

Secret Law Making, the Sequel: As Youtubers Speak Out Against Bill C-11, Government Moves to End Debate, Vote Next Week on Secret Amendments

With only eight days left in the Parliamentary schedule until the House of Commons breaks for the summer, Bill C-11, the Online Streaming Act, has entered into a strange parallel universe. In one world, the government is moving to end debate on the bill and expedite passage in the House by the end of next week. Assuming it is successful – NDP support suggests it has the votes – the government has set a deadline of Monday, June 13th for amendments, June 14th for voting on all amendments as part of a clause-by-clause review, and then a single day for the last two stages in the House of Commons (report stage and third reading). If winter weather is harsh and drags on while demand in China ramps up as COVID lockdowns continue easing, then rationing is on the table unless energy efficiency starts improving quickly, Faith Birol told the Financial Times.

The J6 Inquisition Is An Obvious Soviet-Style Show Trial

The House Select Committee on Jan. 6 launched the public phase of its proceedings Thursday night in a prime-time hearing with all the fanfare of a Soviet show trial, complete with production assistance from a former president of ABC News.

Just as the communists gathered in Moscow between 1936 and 1938 to purge their political opponents in public show trials, nine members of the lower chamber filed into the Cannon House Office Building to demonize their political opponents as domestic enemies.

Is Biden Purposely Raising Gas Prices to Fuel His Green Agenda?

The national gas average hit a new record of $5.00 a gallon this week, and it doesn’t look like prices are going to fall anytime soon. Americans are frustrated with President Joe Biden’s lies about the economy, and many believe he is at fault for their wallets shrinking.

Majority Polled Say Canadian Media Intentionally Deceiving Citizens

The 2022 Trust Barometer shows that 61% of people polled said that journalists are “purposely trying to mislead people by saying things they know are false or gross exaggerations.” The figure grew by 12% when compared to last year.

According to True North News, Canadians rank journalists “among the least-trusted professions” according to a new index published by PR firm Edelman Canada.

Amid border surge, Biden admin plans to send migrants to cities deeper inside U.S., starting with L.A., say internal documents

The Department of Homeland Security plans to transport migrants awaiting immigration proceedings from U.S. cities along the southern border farther into the interior of the country, beginning with Los Angeles in the coming weeks, according to internal documents obtained by NBC News.

The plan would alleviate overcrowding along the border, where record numbers of border crossers have overwhelmed the capacity of shelters in some cities, at times leading Customs and Border Protection, or CBP, to release migrants on the street to fend for themselves.

Whitlock: ‘BrokeBlacks Mountain’ — Washington Post’s Jonathan Capehart Grooms Black People For The LGBTQ Agenda

Jonathan Capehart, a black editor at the Washington Post and an MSNBC contributor, wrote in a column Tuesday that he and his white husband might flee the United States over a growing fear of “crazy white people.”

He never stated where he and Nick Schmit might relocate, or which nation would be more welcoming of love-the-fruit-hate-the-tree negroes.

DC Launches Ad Campaign To Combat Anti-Trans Hate on Public Transportation. There’s Been One Incident in the Past Two Years.

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in May launched a campaign—funded with money from its $2.9 million annual advertising budget—at stations across the D.C. area pledging to make “Metro safer” by reducing harassment of transgender passengers. One advertisement features a white male with a man bun and beard yelling “transphobic slurs” at a gender-ambiguous person sitting on a train.

Millions of Canadians Lack Trust in Government and News Media

Almost half of those interviewed found themselves agreeing with the statement “much of the information we receive from news organizations is false.”

While this means a majority of Canadians have some trust in news organizations, more than 13 million adults (extrapolating 44% to an adult population of 29.5 million) don’t.

Those with no post-secondary education, Alberta residents and those on the right show greater mistrust. But by far the biggest differences are visible when we look at party affinity. The vast majority of People’s Party supporters don’t trust news organizations and a (smaller) majority – 59% – of Conservative voters feel the same way.

Trudeau’s Legacy Is One Of Institutional Collapse

As obsessed as they are with expanding their power and control over your life and the lives of Canadians, the Liberals are horrendous at actually governing the nation.

We’ve seen countless examples of this, and the most egregious at current is the fiasco at Canadian airports.

Media Celebrate All-Time High Immigration, All-Time Low Birth Rates

“For 2022, Canada has recently released a revised target of over 432,000 immigrants and even higher numbers in 2023 and 2024.”

According to Statistics Canada, our country’s fertility rate fell from 1.47 children per woman in 2019 to 1.40 children in 2020.

“Fertility rates have been steadily declining in Canada since 2009, statistics show. That shouldn’t be a cause for concern,” says Susan McDaniel, Professor of Sociology at the University of Victoria, Canada.

Biden’s Social Media Staff Costs Taxpayers As Much As $6.7 Million Each Year

A recent story detailing White House staff dysfunction included information attributed to spokesman Andrew Bates that more than 70 staffers help create and manage Biden’s social media content. Based on salary data, the combined salary for 70 White House staffers would be roughly $6,695,436, not including equipment or other costs.

Waterloo School Board Cancels Trustee For Pushing Back Against Woke Ideology

In a mere 30 minutes, Waterloo Regional District School board (WRDSB) trustees voted 6-3 Monday to sanction the board’s only black trustee Mike Ramsay over a Code of Conduct complaint that has apparently been in the works since February.

Some six of the board’s trustees – all of them left-leaning – appeared gleeful as they voted to apply the maximum number of sanctions available to them.

These include barring Ramsay from all committees of the whole and in-camera meetings until September 30, essentially the end of the current term.

They also barred him from the next board meeting.

Trudeau’s Supreme Court Chief Judge Says You’d Better Not Criticize Him — He’s ‘Warning’ You

The chief judge of the Supreme Court, the guy making $400K, is named Richard Wagner. Stephen Harper put him on the court, and Trudeau promoted him to Chief Justice. Wagner took over from the disgraced Beverley McLachlin, who held that post for seventeen years, overseeing its radical lurch to the authoritarian left. We later found out that Trudeau regarded McLachlin as a go-to judge for fixing political problems — very troubling revelations about how in the pocket she was of Trudeau and, worse, the corrupt Gerald Butts.

Why Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez’s Bill C-11 Content Regulation Denials Ring Hollow

Canadian Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez appeared before the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage yesterday, using the opportunity to defend Bill C-11 with assurances that concerns about the inclusion of user content within the bill were “unfounded.” As this post unpacks, the denials of content regulation ring hollow as his defence falls apart on close examination of the bill. Numerous witnesses, including digital creators, Internet platforms, and industry associations, have all expressed concerns about the issue. Rather than respond to them, Rodriguez and the government implausibly deny that the issue exists at all.

Importing Covid: Biden Administration Releases 7,000 Covid-infected Illegal Border Crossers Into McAllen, Texas

The Texas border city of McAllen says more than 7,000 COVID-positive migrants have been released into the city since February, and more than 1,500 in the past week — the latest example of growing concern about the potential impact of the border crisis on efforts to control COVID-19 in the U.S.

In a statement announcing the building of new temporary shelters to deal with a “rapidly escalating” surge of immigrants being released into the border city, McAllen warned of the release of thousands of migrants with COVID-19.

Japanese Cardiovascular Surgeon: Stop the Vaccine Boosters Now Due to Serious Risks

Moreover, the respected surgeon shared what many know to be reality, “The media have so far concealed the adverse events of vaccine administration, such as vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VTT), owing to biased propaganda.” While the cause is often recognized—often in waves explains the surgeon, they aren’t responding in part due to the bias.

MTG stirs hornet’s nest by onboarding controversial, formerly gay conservative as intern: ‘Pray for me!’

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene continues to torment leftists with the latest triggering event being the news that controversial conservative pundit Milo Yiannopoulos has been brought on board as an unpaid intern for her office years after he became one of the first high-profile victims of the left’s cancel culture jihad.
