After Teamsters Non-Endorsement, Democrats Could Regret Dumping Biden

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters may be sealing Vice President Harris’s fate by declining to endorse a presidential candidate. If President Trump prevails, expect Democrats to lament persuading President Biden not to run — déjà vu from 2016 when they convinced him to step aside for Secretary Clinton, who proved the weaker candidate.

In the Electronic Member Poll of Teamsters, Trump won in a landslide with 59.6 percent to Ms. Harris’s 34 percent. In a phone poll, he prevailed 58 percent to 31 percent. It’s a huge drop of support from Mr. Biden. Members chose him over his predecessor by eight points, 44.3 to 36.3 percent, prior to Democrats swapping candidates.

Suspicious packages sent to election officials across US

The FBI and the US Postal Department are investigating suspicious packages received by election officials in 17 states.

Federal investigators said they were collecting the packages and that some contained “an unknown substance”, though there were no reports of injuries.

They were sent to secretaries of state and state election officials across a swathe of the country from New York to Alaska.

Trump says he hates Taylor Swift after she endorses Kamala Harris

Donald Trump has addressed Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris in November’s presidential race by announcing his hatred of the pop star.

The former president and Republican nominee wrote on Sunday on his Truth Social platform: “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

Swift five days earlier announced her endorsement of Harris and running mate Tim Walz shortly after the vice-president debated Trump.

I think Taylor Swift has started to curdle.

The Liberal Media Bubble And The ABC Debate

It wasn’t a hard call.

At this point in the history of televised debates, a history that began with the 1960 Kennedy-Nixon debates ( 64 years ago!!) and has continued on with a seemingly endless stream of both Republican vs. Democrat nominee debates plus Republican vs. Republican and Democrat vs. Democrat nomination debates, one would think ABC would have learned a thing or two.

But, alas, no.

Trump ‘likelier winner’ unless Harris tackles two failings, says former UK ambassador

Donald Trump will remain the “likelier winner” of the US presidential election on 5 November unless the Democratic nominee, Kamala Harris, addresses key failings in her campaign, a former British ambassador to Washington says on Sunday.

Kim Darroch says that despite clearly getting the better of Trump in last week’s televised head-to-head debate, Harris risks making two crucial mistakes in the final weeks of campaigning, which mean the former Republican president is still the favourite.

I think Kamala has much more to worry about than avoiding “two” mistakes.

Polling has adapted to more accurately measure Trump support we are told but he still polls lower than results show.

Kamala is floundering despite a rigged debate victory. Appeals for support based on her chameleon like racial identity and laughable accents Du jour are not winning hearts and minds.

Swift endorsement turns more voters from Harris than it attracts: poll

It might not be such a “Love Story” after all.

Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, may turn more voters away than it attracts.

A new post-debate poll from YouGov released Saturday found that 8% of voters said the pop superstar’s nod is either “somewhat” or “much more likely” to convince them to cast their ballot for the Democrat.

No, 2024 Is Not Over Yet

Reports of the Trump era’s end are overrated.

If presidential elections were forensic matches, then Kamala Harris would be on her way to the White House. The vice president won Tuesday’s debate on points, baiting Donald Trump into diverting from his core message that Harris is too incompetent and too liberal for the Oval Office. The evening was a missed opportunity for Trump to build on his slight, margin-of-error lead in the latest New York Times/Siena poll. Harris — with help from the moderators — emerged unscathed.

Psychologists explain why Tim Walz – Kamala Harris’ VP pick – tells so many tall tales

Great Walz Of China

Democrats have painted Kamala Harris’ vice presidential pick Tim Walz as a squeaky clean military veteran, small-town teacher and well-loved football coach.

But as media scrutiny of the Democratic nominee ramps up, fact-checkers are increasingly poking holes in his public image.

Mr Walz, governor of Minnesota and a less practiced politician on the national stage, has been accused of distorting the truth about his military record, his son’s birth, his time as a football coach, and a DUI arrest after doing 100mph in a 55mph zone.

Psychologists have suggested his string of mistruths represent a worrisome pattern of dishonesty.

So About That Rigged Trump/Harris Debate…

For the past few days, the silver tongues from the left and right chattering classes have been hissing at each other like angry cats fighting over which one will be the last feline to be put in  the stewpot in Ohio.

They’ve fought over media favoritism and selective partisan fact checking from the Trump Harris debate. Even the Germans are closing their borders now, but the Democrats in America and the Biden/Harris administration keep the gates wide open without complaint by corporate left-wing media.

And most of the post-debate bitching sounded removed from the concerns of Americans in real life, the bitching separated from reality, hollow screams from hollow men from the bottom of a long hollow tube.

MSNBC Tries Scolding Young People Unpersuaded By Harris, Taylor Swift

When Jimmy Kimmel eventually retires, maybe MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle could take his place. On Friday, Ruhle was not happy with young Republicans who are unpersuaded by Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris because they care more about economic issues than social one because she could not “remember the last time I heard Kamala Harris talk about anything like that.” Meanwhile, RiskReversal Media co-founder Dan Nathan unironically replied by hyping that Harris is supposedly “destroying” Donald Trump on abortion.

ABC Denies Giving Harris Questions in Advance as Furor Over ‘Bias’ by Moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis Intensifies

ABC, facing mounting accusations of bias in its moderation of Tuesday’s presidential debate, is forcefully denying giving the questions in advance to Vice President Harris, or otherwise colluding with her campaign.

“Absolutely not,” a spokesman for ABC News told the Daily Beast on Friday. “Harris was not given any questions before the debate.”

Blue State Blues: Why the Debate May Not Matter at All

The first polls are in following the presidential debate, and they are — thus far — almost identical to the polls before the debate.

That is something of a surprise, given that the media told us Vice President Kamala Harris absolutely destroyed former President Donald Trump.

Perhaps the rest of America didn’t hear a coherent economic policy? Perhaps they noticed that the moderators were insanely biased? Perhaps they didn’t like the scowling and smirking?
