St-Laurent man who sexually assaulted several women & minors argued he was having difficulty adapting to life in Canada

A resident of the St-Laurent borough who admitted to sexually abusing six women and two girls over the course of 13 months will probably be deported after Quebec Superior Court rejected his appeal of his 16-month sentence.

… In the appeal, Akra argued that St-Onge did not properly weigh the aggravating factors in his case versus the mitigating factors, including his claim that there was no sexual dimension involved in his crimes. Akra argued he was having difficulty adapting to life in Canada and was working in an environment where he felt he was denigrated.

While determining the sentence, St-Onge noted Akra’s denial that there was a sexual dimension to his crimes and how it contradicted the evidence, including how he told one victim: “You’re so sexy, I want to pleasure you.”

How Jewish Canadians are coping with rising antisemitism after being target of bomb threat

Bomb threats sent to dozens of synagogues and other Jewish institutions in Canada this week have left some community members shaken, with several Jewish Canadians telling CBC News they’ve recently experienced antisemitism on a level they haven’t seen before and changed how they go about their daily lives.

Several respondents to a CBC News request for people to share their experiences did not feel comfortable telling their stories on the record out of concern for their safety and that of their families.

The GTA is about 10% Islamist so there’s really no place to hide.

And the rest of the region’s diverse 3rd World settlers don’t really give a crap having no connection to Canada or western history and values.

Russia Quashes Deadly Prison Mutiny by Islamist Inmates

Russian commandos quashed a mutiny at a southern Russian prison on Friday, killing the attackers and freeing their hostages, according to the local governor.

Inmates claiming to be motivated by radical Islam and armed with makeshift knives and an explosive vest briefly took control of Penal Colony No. 19 in the southern Volgograd region, according to videos posted on social media and verified by The New York Times. The Russian prison service said four guards had been killed and three injured in the attack.

Solingen: Stabby Muslim Who Attacked Festival Of Diversity Is A Failed Syrian “Refugee” Claimant Who Was Supposed To Be Deported Last Year

The investigation into a man suspected of carrying out deadly stabbings at a festival in the western German city of Solingen is now in the hands of federal prosecutors as being a case of suspected terrorism, a police spokesperson said on Sunday.

The attacks on Friday evening, in which three people died and eight were injured, has been claimed by the extremist “Islamic State” (IS) group. The Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office is now examining whether a suspect who handed himself in on Saturday evening has links with the terrorist organization.

Police said the suspect, identified as a 26-year-old Syrian man, had admitted responsibility for the attack and was currently being questioned. German news magazine Spiegel reported that the suspect came to Germany in 2022 as a refugee and applied for asylum in the city of Bielefeld.

LILLEY: Islamic hate preacher now on tour across Canada

Imagine a controversial Christian preacher from the U.S. who tells his followers that Muslims are our enemy being allowed to tour this country.

Would the Trudeau government allow such a preacher to conduct a lecture tour if he taught that all Muslims are liars who cheat, and that homosexuals are animals?

It’s doubtful — but if it did happen, there would be outrage and demonstrations outside of the tour locations.

Solingen (NRW) – Elite police officers from the special operations command (SEK) stormed a refugee shelter following the terrorist attack in Solingen. A suspect was arrested.

The asylum accommodation is located just 300 meters from the Fronhof, the site of the attack. And 150 meters from the place where investigators found the suspected murder weapon in the afternoon – the knife with which the attacker killed three people and seriously injured eight on Friday evening.

 

The “Festival of Diversity” became a day of tears

Solingen (NRW) – It was supposed to be a lively anniversary celebration under the motto “Festival of Diversity”. But at around 9:40 p.m. the cheers in front of the stage at Fronhof died down and instead screams and panic filled the city center. At least one armed man stabbed visitors to the 650th anniversary of Solingen (NRW) with a knife, killing three people and injuring eight.

The day after the atrocity, countless questions remain unanswered, and witnesses and residents of the city are in shock. Two men (56 and 67 years old) and a woman (56) are dead. A youth (15) is in police custody. It is unclear whether he is the perpetrator and whether he had accomplices.

Islamic State claims responsibility for German festival ‘terror attack’

The Islamic State on Saturday claimed responsibility for an attack on festival goers in the German city of Solingen, in which a knifeman killed three people and wounded eight others in a stabbing rampage.

Authorities were last night still hunting for the suspect, who deliberately cut at his victims’ throats according to police.

In a statement on its official mouthpiece Amaq, IS said the attack targeted a gathering of Christians for “the cause of Palestinians and Muslims”.

Taliban bans Afghan women from looking at men they don’t know

Afghanistan’s Taliban has banned women from looking at men and speaking loudly in public and inside their homes.

In a 114-page document of new orders seen by The Telegraph, the regime announced strict measures governing everyday life for Afghan citizens.

“It is forbidden for adult women to look at strange men,” according to one of the new rules.

A mass bomb threat against Jews? Who could have seen that coming?

If only there were signs.

If only we could have foreseen – somehow – that the climate in Canada would become so toxic toward Jews that now, in August of 2024, more than 100 Jewish institutions would receive a bomb threat, warning that the buildings’ occupants “will all end up in a pool of blood.”
