Why can’t they say the i-word? Last week, when House of Commons speaker Lindsay Hoyle spoke about the ‘frightening’ death threats against MPs that led him to rip up the parliamentary rule book, he could not bring himself to say who was making them. This week, UK prime minister Rishi Sunak warned of ‘mob rule replacing democratic rule’, as ‘increasingly and intimidatory behaviour’ prevents ‘elected representatives from doing their job’. He gestured to the protests over Gaza, but he did not say anything too specific about the makeup of these mobs.

Four men charged with terrorist conspiracy and weapons offenses for their role in the deadly 2018 Strasbourg Christmas market attack went on trial Thursday.
Cherif Chekatt killed five people and wounded 11 others when he opened fire on the open-air market in the northeastern French city. The 29-year-old was shot dead by police after a two-day manhunt.
One of his four alleged accomplices faces terrorism charges and could face life in prison, The other three face criminal conspiracy charges for their role in supplying weapons and could face 10-years inprisonment if convicted.
In Britain, Another Step Toward the Abyss

The country that stood up to Nazism takes capitulation to Islam to new heights.
“Big Ben has fallen,” tweeted Giulio Meotti, the Italian critic of Islam. Mr. Brexit, Nigel Farage, wrote: “This is the beginning of religious, sectarian politics in our country. It will get very ugly….By the 2029 general election we will have a radical Islamic party represented in Westminster.” And actor-turned-activist Laurence Fox commented: “Expect what happened today…to become a much more regular occurrence as Britain is bullied into submission.”
Hamas has conquered London’s Big Ben

Mahmoud al Zahar, the “surgeon of Hamas”, explained that the destruction of Israel is only the first objective of the Islamic Ummah. Europe comes after and during.
It is difficult to imagine a greater shock than seeing the Hamas slogan “from the river to the sea” projected onto Big Ben in London.
It flows in large letters on the most iconic tower in the United Kingdom, perhaps the world. The screening was authorized by the Metropolitan Police, who had already allowed parades through the streets of London with the flags of ISIS, the Taliban and Hamas after October 7th.
“The Islamists are in charge of Britain,” wrote former Home Secretary Suella Braverman in the Telegraph.
Pakistani Imam Preaches Jew-Hate in Belgian Parliament

In a surreal scene revealed by Flemish anti-jihad researcher Peter Velle, on January 13, a Pakistani Islamist preacher came to the Brussels Regional Parliament in Belgium to chant verses from one of the most radical and anti-Semitic suras, Koran 33. The presentation provoked several reactions of indignation, particularly from the centre-right Mouvement Réformateur party (MR).
Report: British MPs fear for safety over Gaza war

Over 10 British politicians tell Reuters they fear for their safety due to the intimidation and threats coming from anti-Israel protestors.
A growing number of British politicians fear for their safety over their positions on the war between Israel and Hamas, Reuters reported today (Wednesday).
Reuters spoke to more than 10 British politicians who spoke on the condition of anonymity and said that they have been subjected to increasing abuse related to the war.
One Labor MP said that he began to fear for his safety within 10 minutes of expressing support for the State of Israel as he faced shouts and accusations from anti-Israel activists in his district.
British Democracy Has Surrendered to Islamist Intimidation

In October of 1984, the Conservatives held their annual party conference in Brighton. At 2:54 a.m. on October 12th, a bomb blast cut through the hotel, ripping the frontage off the building, collapsing floors, killing 5 people, and injuring 31 others. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her husband Denis narrowly escaped being killed.
Prime Minister Thatcher’s reaction, after coming within a few feet of being blown to bits, came in her conference speech, in which she stated: “The bomb attack … was an attempt not only to disrupt and terminate our conference; it was an attempt to cripple Her Majesty’s democratically elected Government. That is the scale of the outrage in which we have all shared, and the fact that we are gathered here now, shocked but composed and determined, is a sign not only that this attack has failed, but that all attempts to destroy democracy by terrorism will fail.” That was in 1984. In 2024, we have seen the opposite of such fortitude.
Tory MP claims there are ‘no-go’ areas in Birmingham and London amid Islamophobia row

A Tory former government minister has claimed there are religious “no-go areas” in Birmingham and a part of east London, sparking a fresh row over Islamophobia.
Paul Scully, a Conservative MP who ran to be the Conservatives’ mayoral candidate in London, made the remarks during a discussion about allegations of anti-Muslim sentiments within the party.
It comes as Rishi Sunak is under pressure over his handling of the case of Lee Anderson, who was stripped of the Tory whip after claiming “Islamists” have “got control” of Sadiq Khan.
Nigerian scammers have cracked the German welfare code with one migrant raking in €264,000 per year as a ‘fake father’

Get ready to seethe.
Jonathan A., or “Mr. Cash Money” as he calls himself on social media, is a Nigerian-born migrant, and according to an explosive report out today, he’s making around €22,000 a month off of German taxpayers, because thanks to the open borders policies of the left, he now has citizenship. To add to the madness… he doesn’t even appear to live in Germany.
Canada prepares to welcome thousands of Sudanese, but new pathway sparks questions

In the terrifying months after the war in Sudan erupted, Kholoud Abakar and her children abandoned their home five times, moving from city to city in the devastated country in a race for survival.
Now, her Canadian family is fighting to get her and her seven children to safety in Canada. But even as Ottawa prepares a new family-reunification pathway to help thousands of Sudanese reach this country, restrictions in the rules could dash the hopes of Ms. Abakar and many others like her.
On Tuesday, the federal government is set to launch a program for up to 3,250 Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor relatives in Sudan to enter Canada.
Gee, which Muslim state would would welcome Canadian refugees? Oh that’s right none of them.
They don’t even take their own.
Imam who ‘called the French flag satanic’ is deported from the country to North Africa under tough new immigration laws

France has deported a Tunisian cleric who allegedly called the country’s flag satanic.
Mahjoub Mahjoubi, 52, was flown to North Africa just 12 hours after his arrest over sermons said to go against French values.
His deportation last Thursday is seen as a demonstration of tough immigration laws brought in by president Emmanuel Macron.
Trudeau would give him the Order of Canada.
Nobody wants to admit the scale of the Islamist extremist threat to our democracy

In 2021, Sir David Amess was stabbed to death by an Islamist extremist who targeted him because of the way he’d voted in the Commons on the war in Syria. I was elected as Sir David’s successor two years ago this month, and not a day goes by when I don’t think of how he was brutally murdered simply for doing his job.
Mike Freer, MP for Finchley and Golders Green, recently announced that he was stepping down, fed up and frightened due to Islamist extremists regularly targeting him and his loved ones. His office was firebombed. Chillingly, Mike narrowly missed falling victim to Sir David’s killer, who went looking for him first.
France’s Half-Baked Plan to Fight Islamist Separatism

A new ban on foreign-appointed imams in France is aimed at combating Islamist separatism, but the policy risks making matters worse by handing future decisions about hiring imams over to local groups affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. The French move is an example of a political decision that sounds superficially positive. Unfortunately, it fails to address the complex, often unofficial processes by which Islamist ideology is currently disseminated. As such, it offers an object lesson in what not to do, worthy of close observation.
Afghan national arrested for murder of 3 women in Vienna brothel

… The bodies of three women were found in a building in the central Brigittenau district at around 21:00 local time (20:00 GMT) after a witness called the emergency services.
The suspect, whom police have described as a 27-year-old Afghan national, was found hiding near the brothel with a knife in his hand.
The motive for the killings is currently unclear but the man has been questioned.
They are really trying to bury this.
Canada’s future … Are ‘Islamists in Charge of Britain’?

LONDON — Since October 7, there have been many dark days here in London. Every Saturday the streets are filled with demonstrators calling for the end of the state of Israel, several Jewish schools have had to close due to safety concerns, and the number of antisemitic incidents has gone through the roof. I have attended and documented a number of these protests, which on occasion have descended into violence, confrontations with police, antisemitic chanting, and even calls for jihad.
All bad, you might be thinking. And you’d be right. But they pale in comparison to what happened this past Wednesday, when the British Parliament, which has been around for 800 years, capitulated to fear of Islamist violence.
