Walz Finally Responds to Viral Video Showing Empty Somali Childcare Center That Received $4 Million in State Funds

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is finally attempting to defend fraud allegations sparked by a viral video showing a childcare center sitting largely empty despite pocketing millions in state funds.

A spokesperson for Mr. Walz’s office said the governor has spent years working to “crack down on fraud” and has strengthened oversight of state programs, launching investigations into multiple facilities. The statement came in response to questions about a video posted by independent journalist Nick Shirley.

Shaking and tearful, child brides are big business in Iraq

Ruweida, a bridal make-up artist in Sadr City, says her clients this year were “almost entirely children”

Dozens of baby-faced schoolgirls drift through worn, neon-lit shops on “bridal boulevard” in Baghdad’s Sadr City wearing black abayas soon to be traded for puffball wedding gowns picked by their mothers.

Among them is 12-year-old Amani*, who is due to meet her 17-year-old fiancé for the first time on their wedding night — a betrothal arranged, according to relatives, “without the need for her permission” because, despite her tiny, shaking frame engulfed in an adult-sized tulle gown, she has reached puberty and her marriage was approved by a local cleric.

Belgium’s ‘population replacement’: 72.9% of children and teens in Brussels have a non-EU migration background, only 10.5% are Belgians of Belgian origin

The demographic changes across Europe are immense, with ethnic, indigenous Europeans rapidly being replaced. As Remix News has noted, this is apparent in cities like Vienna, Austria, but perhaps some of the most stark developments are taking place in Brussels, Belgium.

The data there shows that in Brussels, 72.9 percent of children and youth aged 0-17 have a migration background from outside the European Union or were born outside the EU, according to StatBel, the official government statistic organization.

Blue states surrendering to Somalis, Islam, and diversity

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu (D) recently said that Somalis are to thank for pretty much every “achievement” that the city has ever had.

According to Wu:

“You cannot talk about any achievement that the city of Boston has had in safety, jobs, and economic development, in education, without talking about the Somali community that has lifted our city up. We are proud and we are grateful for our Somali community and for our Somali American neighbors.”

Killing Zionists is OK, said released activist Alaa Abd El-Fattah

A British-Egyptian man released from prison in Egypt made violent and offensive remarks in social media posts.

On Friday Sir Keir Starmer expressed his “delight” that Alaa Abd El-Fattah, a pro-democracy activist and former political prisoner, had been reunited with his family in the UK after Egypt lifted a travel ban on his movements.

On Saturday, however, a large number of historic messages, which appear to have been published on an X/Twitter account belonging to Fattah from over a decade ago, were being shared widely online. They appeared to show him endorsing the killing of “zionists” and “police.”

Just Call It Islam

Almost a quarter-century has passed since September 11, when 19 Islamic radicals murdered nearly 3,000 people in line with the blunt teaching of “The Verse of the Sword” (Quran 9:5). That cataclysm should have sufficed to cause Western leaders to examine the doctrines of the Muhammadan religion in order to understand why the killers carried out this crime.

But that didn’t happen. Instead, we can summarize the Western leaders’ response in two statements.

How terrorism changed Christmas

Christmas Market Anti-Muslim Terrorist Patrol

Christmas is traditionally a time of joy, merriment and peace on Earth. Not so in the little town of Erbach, Germany, this year, where depraved individuals destroyed a living nativity scene, tortured two donkeys, vandalised and looted the Christmas market, and proceeded to smash up and defecate in a nearby Protestant church. Tidings of comfort indeed.

No luck in central Brussels, either, where the head of a baby Jesus was removed and stolen from a nativity scene. Another Jesus met a similar fate in Amiens, France. The plexiglass was smashed, the infant’s head knocked off, and other nativity figures damaged. The perplexed president of the neighbourhood committee informed a radio station that ‘the nativity scene has existed for about 30 years and nothing like this has ever happened.’

In the West, peace means “live and let live.” In Islam, peace means the world has bent the knee to Allah.

Our love is greater than their hate.

That is the sign I received after Oct 7-from a Jewish organization.

This was their response to the barbaric attack by civilian Muslims on Jews who had provided work and healthcare to them in the name of peace and love.

Our love is greater than their hate? So what? Who cares? How does that protect the Jews from the barbaric, evil, terrorist organization called Islam which seems to be hiding behind “religion?”

Blast at Syrian mosque during Friday prayers leaves at least eight dead

An explosion has killed at least eight people and injured 18 others during Friday prayers inside a mosque in the Syrian city of Homs, the health ministry has said.

Pictures from Syria’s state-run news agency, Sana, show the inside of the Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib Mosque with black, scorched walls, smashed windows and blood on the carpet.

Officials believe that an explosive was detonated inside the building, Sana reports, citing a security source. While authorities are still searching for the perpetrators, jihadist group Saraya Ansar al-Sunnah said it was behind the explosion

Muslims in Indonesia Show Christians What They Think of Them

Carney loves Muslim values

Indonesia has a reputation for being a “moderate” Muslim nation, but the wind in the Islamic world as a whole is blowing in the opposite direction, as a group of Christians has just discovered.

Morning Star News, which tracks the persecution of Christians worldwide, reported Tuesday that “as police looked on, Muslims in West Java Province, Indonesia on Dec. 14 formed a human wall to block Christians from attending a Christmas service, according to local media.”

Trust issues: ‘Islamic State’ supporters in the Syrian army?

The attack on US troops by a Syrian security forces member who was a supporter of the extremist “Islamic State” group in mid-December has consequences well beyond the four deaths that resulted.

One question continues to arise after the recent killing of two US soldiers and a civilian translator in central Syria by a follower of the extremist “Islamic State” group.

The killer had infiltrated the Syrian security forces. How many others in the Syrian security forces might hold similarly extreme opinions?
