UCLA Hamas Encampment Fanatics Get No Jail Time, and It Gets Worse From There
I can’t say I’m surprised given I predicted this, but that doesn’t make it any less absurd. According to a local news report in California, the violent pro-Hamas students who set up an illegal encampment and trashed the UCLA campus received no jail time.

With the help of bulldozers, items including tents, chairs and yoga mats were removed Thursday morning from the UCLA encampment occupied by pro-Palestinian protesters and shoved into a large gray dumpster.
Packages of unopened plastic water bottles lay on the grass. Nearby, two white trucks held pieces of wood that had been used by protesters to barricade the camp. A group of four UCLA graduate students walked over to Dickson Court, the area on campus where the encampment once stood, only to learn the camp had been taken down. The action followed the arrests early Thursday of more than 200 protesters by officers in body armor, helmets and face shields.

Somali Imam Arrested in Sweden on Terrorism Charges
The 60-year-old leader of a mosque in Tyresö, Sweden, has been arrested on suspicion of direct participation in a terrorism organization. The Somali imam was heading a mosque on a volunteer basis, teaching children and youth on the premises of a Muslim cultural association.
The imam has been leading the mosque at least since the early 2000s, and for a time functioned as the chairman of the cultural association. His arrest was the result of an investigation following a raid by Swedish security services SÄPO in March, where four men in their 20s were detained.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Wisconsin on Wednesday afternoon, Mr Trump took aim at protesters who have staged two weeks of demonstrations on campuses across the US.

A knifepoint sex attack a short distance from where the Paris Olympics is set to take place this summer is the latest in a series of horrific assaults in an area where locals say they fear for their safety on a daily basis.
Place Auguste Baron in the north-east of the French capital has seen two women attacked and threatened with rape in the past two days, according to French media. The suspects in each case are said to have been crack addicts.
Last night, a woman who was walking home in the neighbourhood was pounced on by a man who she said had been tailing her for 500 yards, Le Parisien reports.
PC Mohammed Adil charged with terror offences after ‘sharing pro-Hamas image’
A West Yorkshire Police officer has been charged with two terrorism offences.
PC Mohammed Adil, from Bradford, is charged with two counts of publishing an image in support of a proscribed organisation, specifically Hamas, under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act.
The alleged offences relate to messages shared on WhatsApp between October and November 2023.
PC Adil, 26, who is based in Calderdale, has been suspended by West Yorkshire Police and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

Some 30 police officers in Sweden provoked public outrage in yet another major scandal involving gang activity. It appears that law enforcement officials allowed themselves to be seduced and exploited by gangsters to whom they gave information that later led to several deadly altercations on the streets.
The shocking details were first revealed in an extensive investigation published by the local daily Dagens Nyheter (DN), which found over 500 instances of Swedish police personnel leaking classified information. Gang members were briefed regarding ongoing investigations, upcoming raids, or competing gangs.

It was yet another harangue from Charlotte Kates, international co-ordinator for the Samidoun Prisoners Solidarity Network, one of the main groups behind the dozens of “pro-Palestine” rallies and demonstrations across Canada since the Hamas atrocities of October 7 last year. The savageries of that day led to the war in Gaza that has so far cost the lives of perhaps 30,000 Palestinians.

Stop Importing Foreign Hatred
After the October 7 attacks, thousands took to American streets to celebrate. Some explicitly praised the heinous acts of rape, beheading, and kidnapping of civilians. Among these demonstrators were many noncitizens, including those on student visas. Universities such as MIT refrained from suspending students who neglected their classes in order to protest, seeking to protect those students’ immigration status.
Hard habit to break for our politicians, they like the votes.

Jamie Sarkonak: Canada not ‘engulfed’ in antisemitism — for the most part, study says
Aside from a few pockets, most of Canada is still morally calibrated against antisemitism.
That’s my takeaway from a study that came out earlier this month on Canadian attitudes toward Jews and Israel by University of Toronto sociologist Robert Brym. He found, through surveys taken in early 2024, that Canadians with the most negative sentiments towards Jews were Muslims, Quebecers and non-Jewish university students. Those with the most negative sentiments towards Israel, meanwhile, included Muslims and non-Jewish university students, as well as NDP supporters. The rest, not so much.
Islamist group slams democratic values, rallies thousands in Germany
Some 1,000 protestors gathered in Hamburg’s Steindamm Street on Saturday, calling for an end to “dictatorship values,” according to the German daily Die Welt.
In a video posted on X, the crowd can be seen responding to shouts of ‘Takbir’ with “Allahu Akbar.” The video also shows the mob shouting part of the Shahada in Arabic, “There’s no God but God.”

In Marseilles’s quartiers nord, teenage drug dealers have one decision to make: wait or run. The boys seem to languish in this perpetual state of flux.
Seventeen-year-old Benze is a chouf — French for lookout. Dressed head to toe in black, hood pulled up, with rainbow-reflective ski glasses hiding half of his face, he looks as if he should be in the Alps. Instead, Benze cuts a small figure dwarfed by a 15-storey tower block. The building looms monstrous and frightening above the plastic and gravel debris at ground level. He describes his role as though reading out a contract: “You can do either half-time or full-time. Part-time is from 11am to 5pm and full-time is from 11am until 2am.”
European and British Muslims are calling for a new caliphate
Even before 2015, Europe, including the UK, has opened its doors to Turkey, North Africa, and the Middle East. Part of it was leftist guilt about colonialism, and part of it was the need for labor to make up for a Western population that had stopped having children. Then, in 2015, Angela Merkel opened the floodgates to the only people who hate Jews, Christians, and Western Civ more than Hitler and his Nazis did. Now, Europe and the UK are reaping what they sowed, as the Muslims nearing critical mass in those nations push for a caliphate. Their confidence in making this demand is reasonable, given their rising population and the West’s strong support for Hamas.
