Brussels Under Pressure To Tackle ‘Sharia Policing’

Sharia “moral police” must be stopped in Europe, a Swedish MEP has warned, as he demands Brussels track and expose groups accused of harassing residents.

Sweden Democrats (SD) MEP Charlie Weimers said an “EU-wide monitoring framework” should be established to count individuals working to implement strict sharia rules, accusing them of “harassment, intimidation, and threats.”

Importing Islam was an act of pure evil.

The Green candidate who thinks Iran should bomb the White House

The Green candidate who thinks Iran should bomb the White House

Feda Shahin, a Green candidate in Bournemouth, was first exposed – for different extremist statements – by The Spectator on 21 April. We disclosed she had said that ‘the Zionists killed 20 million Christians’ and that ‘Zionists are trying to control the world.’ She is ‘secretary general’ of a local pro-Palestine group, the Palestine Solidarity Movement, which earned national notoriety after it staged a night-time picket of an MP’s private home.

Those remarks were, it turns out, only part of Shahin’s wide repertoire. We have now been passed her conversations in the Palestine Solidarity Movement’s group chat, including her reaction to our previous story about her. This was not, it’s fair to say, shame, apology or regret. Instead, she said The Spectator was running a ‘trolling campaign’ – deliberately posting inflammatory statements to provoke emotional responses.

Ottawa breaks ground on long-delayed Afghanistan memorial after bitter design fight

The federal government officially broke ground Monday in Ottawa on a national memorial to the sacrifice of Canadians during more than a dozen years of war in Afghanistan.

The monument, which has a controversial design history, will be located on LeBreton Flats in the national capital, near the Canadian War Museum.

It is intended to recognize the contributions of those who served in Afghanistan and those who supported them.

Iran executes three men charged over anti-regime protests

Iran has expedited executions of protesters and alleged Israeli agents, announcing three hangings on Monday, as the regime consolidates it grip on the country amid the war with the US.

The three men were executed over protests that took place in January, when Iranian security brutally quashed a nationwide uprising, killing thousands.

Mehdi Rassouli, Mohammad Reza Miri and Ebrahim Dolatabadi were convicted over unrest in the eastern city of Mashhad, the judiciary’s Mizan news agency said.

I’ll say it if Starmer won’t. Islam is the cause of Jew hatred

THE stabbing of two Jewish men in Golders Green on Wednesday wasn’t a random act of ‘far-right thuggery’, to use the Prime Minister’s favourite expression of disapproval. It has been declared a terrorist incident, based on the targeted anti-Semitic nature of the attack. Although an Iran-linked group has claimed responsibility, officers have said there is no evidence linking the suspect to any proscribed organisation or extremist group. A ‘British’ Somalian, Essa Suleiman, 45, has been charged with attempted murder. Meanwhile, the official response from those running the country has been the same linguistic dance of Tiptoe Through the Tulips we have witnessed ever since October 7, 2023.

The case that shows jihadism is for losers

The case that shows jihadism is for losers

If anyone needs proof that jihadism is for losers, they need only look at the case of Abdullah Albadri. He was found guilty yesterday at the Old Bailey of preparation of terrorist acts and two offences of possession of a bladed article in a public place. On 28 April last year, he travelled across London to the Israeli embassy in Kensington, wrapped his head and face in a red-and-white shemagh, put on sunglasses, armed himself with two knives, and tried to climb the perimeter fence. Armed diplomatic protection officers stopped him within seconds.

That was the whole grand operation. An hour of theatrical pilgrimage through London, a martyrdom note, two knives, a costume, a fence, and then the ground.

So called “Regina Man” Abdulkader Ali sentenced for falsification of immigration documents

A Regina man has been sentenced and fined $75,000 for falsifying federal immigration documents.

Abdulkader Ali pleaded guilty to submitting false immigration sponsorships to Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and counselling a refugee to provide false information on their IRCC application and counselling someone to sign as a sponsor without their knowledge.

Ali had been working as a refugee field worker with a local sponsorship organization at the time.

This should be treated as an act of demographic warfare by Islamists.

Sometimes you have to fight to be a man

Sometimes you have to fight to be a man

SO FAR, so good for the two Met police officers who gave a suspect a dose of boot leather to the head, after he (allegedly) stabbed two men in Golders Green, while already being pursued for an alleged knife attack earlier in the day.

I say this mindful of the ongoing trial after the clash between Muslim brothers and police officers at Manchester Airport, where there was an outbreak of mass hysteria after one officer also applied footwear to the cranium of his attacker and was promptly suspended. So far as I’ve seen, Met chief Mark Rowley hasn’t – yet – hung his Golders Green officers out to dry. Fingers crossed.

CSIS did not observe any violent extremist plots targeting the Muslim community last year, while multiple plots against Jewish people were foiled.

The Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS) says various evolving forms of violent extremism are becoming increasingly difficult to address and even understand, with secret and anonymous online radicalization challenging investigators’ ability to keep pace.

The agency’s annual report released Friday said violent extremism “continues to pose a significant threat to Canada’s national security and remains a critical operational priority for CSIS,” noting such extremism is “motivated by an increasingly diverse range of beliefs and convictions.”

An anti-Semitic terrorist was a ‘martyr’, the October 7 attack was a ‘false flag’ and Israel is a colony of ‘rapists’… say the Green Party hopefuls running for election

Their job has been to nurture and educate the next generation. But now they are cultivating their own political ambitions by standing in the local elections – prompting alarm over their views and fears for the young people they are influencing.

A Daily Mail investigation has discovered that a primary school governor, secondary school teacher and recently retired university professor who are all Green party candidates in next week’s polls, face accusations of ‘gross anti-Semitism’.

They have posted or shared shocking images on social media variously including claims that the October 7 atrocities were either a ‘false flag’ [a covert Israeli operation] or self-defence on the part of the perpetrators and that a terrorist who stabbed two Jews to death in 2016 was a ‘martyr’.

Quebec mosque shooter wants to move to medium-security prison due to safety concerns

Alexandre Bissonnette, who pleaded guilty to killing six men at a Quebec City mosque in 2017 is requesting to be moved to a medium-security prison, citing safety concerns.

The gunman opened fire in the Islamic Cultural Centre in the Sainte-Foy neighbourhood nearly 10 years ago in an attack that left 19 injured and 17 children fatherless.

Bissonnette resided at the regional mental health centre in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Que., from 2019 to 2023. He has been serving a life sentence at the Port-Cartier Institution, a maximum-security prison, since September 2023, but his lawyer, Sylvie Bordelais, argues that he could remain in a medium-security facility, given the results of several psychological analyses conducted during his detention.

Islamist Influence in Germany: Neukölln Broadcast Raises Alarm

Islamist Influence in Germany: Neukölln Broadcast Raises Alarm

A German television report and an Austrian court ruling have sparked renewed debate in Europe over the role of Sharia law and fears of “parallel justice” systems operating alongside national legal frameworks.

In Germany, a report broadcast by ARD in its programme “KLAR” examined attitudes among young men in Berlin-Neukölln regarding Sharia and German law. In street interviews, some respondents said they would prioritise Sharia over state law, with one stating “Sharia, of course” when asked which should apply.
