There’s still no word yet as to whether Kamala Harris will run for governor of California or hold out for another doomed attempt at the presidency. But it might be a moot point in light of revelations in Jake Tapper’s new book “Original Sin” about the Biden administration’s systematic cover-up of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. Oh sure, we all knew Biden was impaired, but the difference between today and the four years of the Biden presidency is that now even the liberal media is talking about it, and Kamala can’t run from her role in the cover-up.

Kamala Harris gave a meandering, 179-word answer on Israel that “60 Minutes” cut to just 20 words, according to transcripts released Wednesday by the Federal Communications Commission.

The FCC says it’s investigating CBS for possible election interference, after complaints that the venerated news program cut Harris’ word-salad answers to make her look more coherent. Donald Trump has filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the network.

Trump-appointed FCC chair Brendan Carr got the full transcript and video on Monday after a tug-of-war with the Tiffany Network, which has defended the editing as a standard practice for “time, space or clarity.”

Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have never had a good relationship.

In fact, Joe never wanted to choose her as his vice president to begin with. He was strongly in favor of picking Gretchen Whitmer over her, but his advisers implored him that selecting an African American woman was a necessity, especially during the year of George Floyd’s death.

Biden’s closest confidant, his wife, Jill, was likewise opposed to selecting Harris. Jill retained hurt feelings over Harris’ attack on Biden over busing at a primary debate in 2019, which she saw as an accusation that Biden is racist.

When Kamala Harris presided over the Congressional certification of the electoral college votes on January 6, naming Donald J. Trump the winner of the 2024 contest, she adopted the stance of the righteous stateswoman, stoically restoring the norms that her opponent once sought to crush.

That’s how many in the mainstream media framed it anyway. Numerous left-leaning outlets fell over themselves praising her generosity of spirit after such a hard-fought, and distinctly nasty, race.

Harris could even be forgiven for caving to the temptation to take a dig at President-elect Trump in a video she released to her supporters just before carrying out her constitutional duties.

It looks like Kamala Harris’s classy streak is over.

For awhile there, we thought something had changed in her when she graciously certified the 2024 election in the Senate and put on a decent appearance at Jimmy Carter’s funeral. It seemed like a politically smart way of distinguishing herself from bitter Joe Biden and preserving her political viability.

In the wake of Trump’s victory, it’s been open season on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, particularly from the consultant class. One person taking aim is Democratic strategist and Democratic National Finance Committee member Lindy Li, who has been making the rounds with media hits the past few weeks and not holding back in her criticisms.

This Thanksgiving we got a reminder of what might-have-been. And what we have been unburdened by.

We should be truly grateful.

For this was the week in which Kamala Harris broke her post-election silence. And I think anyone who saw it can agree: the vice president is not doing well.

The Harris campaign’s internal polling apparently never had her ahead of Trump.

Senior advisers to Vice President Kamala Harris’ failed presidential campaign suggested this week that there just wasn’t much else Harris could have done to beat Donald Trump.

Harris couldn’t have distanced herself from President Joe Biden, they said, because she was loyal. She couldn’t have responded more forcefully to attacks over trans rights, because doing so would have been playing Trump’s game.

Let’s give thanks for Kamala and wish her a bright future as the leader of the Democrat Party for as long as they can stand her and then some.

On Monday, the internet was full of discussion about Kamala Harris. And yes, you are permitted to wonder why.

Let’s face it, nobody in America gives a damn about her, and nobody should. She’s an utterly forgettable hack politician, a blithering incompetent who demonstrated beyond doubt that she can’t give honest or thoughtful answers even in a friendly interview. Worse, she showed off a complete lack of ethics, throwing out bile-filled charges that Donald Trump was a fascist dictator in the making as a means of, at least, scaring Democrat voters to the polls or, more accurately, attempting to gin up one of her party’s crazies to assassinate him.

I’ve never accused Kamala Harris of being a drunk. I like to stick only to facts. But man, this video is not helping her.

The only reason Kamala failed upward into a failed presidential bid was a series of lucky breaks based on her political relationships in California and her checking some identity politics boxes. Her campaign was a mess that wasted insane amounts of money only to suffer one of the most catastrophic defeats in recent history.

And yet Dems don’t seem done with her.
