The Heartbreak of Trump Derangement Syndrome

When I was a kid, America fretted about “the heartbreak of psoriasis,” an advertising catch-phrase that raised awareness to an almost hysterical degree about a skin condition that legitimately afflicts millions of people. Today, a legitimate psychological condition is bringing heartbreak to untold millions, perhaps even tens of millions, of Americans who need relief: Trump Derangement Syndrome, or TDS.

Why feminists in the US are shunning marriage, sex and children after Trump’s win

A radical feminist movement in which women shun marriage, dating and sex with men is taking hold among young liberal Americans in the wake of Donald Trump’s election victory.

Originating in South Korea and known as 4B, which means “four nos” in Korean, its tenets are: no dating, no sex with men, no marriage and no children.

Other principles include ditching beauty products and avoiding social interactions with men altogether.

Don’t interrupt them.

Hired Judge delays Trump immunity decision in NY hush money case

A New York judge delayed a Tuesday decision on whether President-elect Trump’s conviction can withstand the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling, following his election victory last week.

Judge Juan Merchan agreed to freeze the case until Nov. 19, newly public court records show, enabling prosecutors to respond to Trump’s demand the case be dismissed entirely now that he is president-elect.

The Lesson Some Leftists Have Learned From Trump’s Win Should Terrify Americans

Since Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Kamala Harris last Tuesday, the legacy press has been hosting a public inquest into her demise. Three competing theories soon dominated the discussions — only one of which accepted the reality that Americans rejected the far-left policies and candidate on the merits.

While some Democrats and media outlets took this somber approach to the post-mortem, a second and more vocal segment of the press and Harris voting bloc instead declared that Trump’s election proves a majority of Americans are racist, sexist autocrats. The election of Barack Obama, Harris’ previous victories as a senator and a vice-presidential candidate, coupled with the increase in support Donald Trump garnered from minorities and women, quickly disprove this theory.

Canada may need to let Trump be ‘senior partner’ in U.S. relations says Never Trumper

Canada may need to let Trump be ‘senior partner’ in U.S. relations: GOP critic

Ottawa may have to let U.S. president-elect Donald Trump act as the “senior partner” in the Canada-U.S. relationship, even if that makes Canadians “bristle,” a prominent Republican critic of the incoming president says.

Jeff Timmer, a longtime Republican official and strategist in Michigan who helped lead efforts aimed at defeating Trump in the past two U.S. elections, says the Canadian government will need to treat Trump as “the guy in charge” to ensure Canada’s interests are safeguarded during what’s expected to be a protectionist U.S. administration.

Like the US is gonna let Justin dictate terms.

The Liberal Media Re-Elect Trump

They couldn’t abide him.

And they made no secret of it.

The “they” here is the so-called “mainstream” media – aka in reality the liberal media.

“Him” of course is Donald Trump. That would now be President-elect Donald Trump. A president-elect who won his race in a landslide, winning both the Electoral College and, in a first for a GOP candidate since 2004, the national popular vote as well.

A ‘resistance’ raced to fight Trump’s first term. Will it rise again?

MS-13 Dreamers

After Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential victory, Teresa Shook wasted little time: Shocked into action, the retiree took to Facebook as soon as she learned the results and with one post sparked a movement that would eventually become the Women’s March, then the largest single-day demonstration in American history.

But this year, in the immediate aftermath of Trump’s second election, she’s in no mood to organize.

After the election, the rage against white women

The Democrats are once again shocked to discover that women do not vote in accordance with their genitals.

How quickly things change. At the start of this week, women voters were being feted as the voice of reason in America’s ‘gender-gap election’. To the Democratic elites, it was inconceivable that women would back Trump over a ‘joyful’ woman of colour. They assumed all they needed to do was remind women that in the privacy of the voting booth they alone choose who to endorse and the votes for Kamala Harris would come flooding in. It’s now clear that plenty of women took this advice to heart. But they voted for Trump, not Harris. As I wrote on spiked before the election, the idea that women would win it for Kamala was always likely to be ‘more hype than reality’.

No shortage of crazy white women who voted for Harris.

No TDS Like NYT TDS – As Trump Returns to Power, Allies and Adversaries Expect a Wave of Revenge

On the night he recaptured the presidency, Donald J. Trump declared that “it’s time to unite” and “put the divisions of the past four years behind us.” That was then. It took only 55 hours for him to begin threatening again to use his newly reclaimed power to investigate those who anger him.

Peeved at what he called “fake, untrue, and probably illegal rumors” that he might sell shares of the social media platform that has become a prime source of his wealth, Mr. Trump went online to deny such plans and demanded that those spreading such speculation “be immediately investigated by the appropriate authorities.”

FEMA Fires Manager Who Told Relief Workers To Avoid Homes With Trump Campaign Signs

A Federal Emergency Management Agency worker has been fired after she directed workers helping hurricane survivors not to go to homes with yard signs supporting President Trump, the agency’s leader said in a statement Saturday.

“This is a clear violation of FEMA’s core values and principles to help people regardless of their political affiliation,” FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell said. “This was reprehensible.”

Only At The Guardian … Trump’s win has given angry incels enormous power

The incels are in charge now

Well that didn’t take long, did it? As soon as it became clear that Donald Trump had won the election, social media saw a major spike in gleeful misogyny. And it seems Trump’s army of angry incels have found a favourite new catchphrase to taunt women with: “Your body, my choice.”

While the phrase has been kicking around in far-right circles for a few years, the notorious white supremacist Nick Fuentes has breathed new life into it. “Your body, my choice. Forever,” Fuentes tweeted late on Tuesday night, a few hours before Trump officially won. Shortly after that, he repeated the phrase in a live stream reacting to the results of the election, where he also said things like: “We control your bodies. Guess what, guys win again, okay. Men win again … There will never ever be a female President. It’s over. Glass ceiling? It’s a ceiling made of fucking bricks.”

Article No. 473 In The Star’s ‘No One I Know Voted For “TrumpHitler” Series’

All the president’s men: Donald Trump’s support from the manosphere is clear, even if it’s confounding

What do a mixed martial arts promoter, social-media stars, an attempted assassin, and a golfing legend’s genitalia have in common?

They all played some role in securing Donald Trump’s re-election.

Trump’s ability to win over men — particularly younger white and Latino men — was key to his successful campaign.

With the votes now counted, the influence of the manosphere — and Trump’s ability to appeal to traditional concepts of masculinity — in sending Trump back to Washington is coming clear, even if it is confounding.

From ‘maple syrup MAGA’ to ‘Team Canada’: Why Liberals shouldn’t count on Poilievre as they navigate Trump

OTTAWA — If Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is counting on his Conservative opponent to offer support as the Liberals navigate a second Donald Trump presidency, he shouldn’t.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has spent the days since the president-elect’s win taking aim at how Trudeau handled his last administration. He lambasted policies like the carbon tax as making Canada less competitive, and said Trudeau was too weak to stop the U.S. from reimposing tariffs on softwood lumber, amid anxieties about Trump’s threat to slap a 10 per cent one on global imports.
