Why the Democrats are freaking out

They are afraid that what they did unto him, he will do unto them. That’s the crux of it all.

Up ahead, should Trump become president again, the Democrats foresee judgment days…karma well deserved. They know that they have, unjustly, tormented him every single day for eight years, and got away with it all that time because the Establishment was in their hands. They could not foresee their cruelties coming back to haunt them, until now.

Now they are afraid that payback is coming, and the reason they are so terrified is that they know that they have wronged him, and the nation. They know that they are guilty.

Biden DOJ’s classified docs case against Trump paused pending immunity consideration

Judge Aileen Cannon has granted Donald Trump’s motion to pause his classified documents case in Florida after the Supreme Court decision in his immunity case. The case stems from the Department of Justice’s allegation that Trump should not have held onto some classified documents after leaving office. In his defense, Trump has cite the Presidential Records Act.

Deranged Joy Reid Rambles About ‘King Trump’, Project 2025

Once again, MSNBC host Joy Reid is offering viewers proof evident that she has terminal Trump Derangement Syndrome, as evidenced by the string of incoherences she rattled off to start tonight’s broadcast. These particular incoherences centered around the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity and the continued candidacy of President Joe Biden.

Hollyweirdos Whine About SCOTUS Giving Trump Immunity

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that presidents had immunity for official acts while in office. In the Trump v. United States case, the former president was granted substantial immunity from prosecution when dealing with official acts. The ruling does not grant Trump, or any other president, immunity for unofficial acts.

Never-Trumpers, like much of Hollywood, were obviously peeved at the news. They hate when anything good, even when completely just, happens to Prez 45. Many of those irritated expressed their worries on X.

Manhattan Prosecutors Agree to Delay Trump’s Sentencing

Donald J. Trump’s lawyers want to argue that a Supreme Court decision giving presidents immunity for official acts should void his felony conviction for covering up hush money paid to a porn star.

Manhattan prosecutors on Tuesday agreed with Donald J. Trump’s request to postpone his criminal sentencing so that the judge overseeing the case could weigh whether a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling might imperil his conviction, new court filings show.

It is up to the judge to determine whether to postpone the sentencing, though with both sides in agreement, it seems likely he would do so.

Supreme Court affirms ‘absolute immunity’ for official acts in Trump case, trial unlikely before November election

The US Supreme Court ruled Monday that former President Donald Trump enjoys “absolute” immunity from prosecution for “official acts” during his presidency, although it left the exact extent of that protection for lower courts to decide.

The high court’s 6-3 ruling vacated an earlier decision by a DC federal judge and cleared the way for more appeals by Trump’s legal team that could set the trial schedule in the 2020 election case against him back months or years — if it ever happens.

SCOTUS Hands Down J6 Decision Affecting Hundreds of Capitol Protestors

On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Fischer v. United States that a federal obstruction law does not apply to January 6 protesters. The case affects hundreds of individuals who participated in the mostly peaceful “breach” of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Those sentences will all need to be reviewed now. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion. Justice Amy Coney Barrett dissented, joined by Sotomayor and Kagan.

Donald Trump’s Match Is Handicapped

Liberal media won’t let this be a fair fight.

Donald Trump faces on Thursday what Andre the Giant experienced most nights of his professional wrestling career: A handicap match.

Lacking the decency of so many (including the Grand Wizard, Captain Lou Albano, and Classy Freddie Blassie) in the old WWF, CNN does not acknowledge the debate as a three-on-one match or even a two-and-a-half-on-one affair. Instead, they depict the tag team of Tapper and Bash as essentially referees when even their names indicate aggressive designs. It all recalls when a heel Andre the Giant defeated Hulk Hogan for the WWF championship via a quick count from referee Dave Hebner’s evil twin Earl.

Oh No!! Trump’s attacks on voting by mail may have lowered Canadians’ trust in mail-in ballots

Toronto Star Editorial Board

Donald Trump has launched vigorous attacks on voting by mail. His relentless assault on the integrity of mail-in balloting has cast a shadow over the confidence of American voters. Our recent investigation suggests that Trump’s false claims also had reverberations across the border, influencing how some Canadians view mail-in ballots.

We find a significant trust divide in voting by mail in Canada between those most likely sympathetic to Trump’s political pronouncements — for example, Canadians holding right-wing populist views — and other Canadians. The trust gap is also much wider among Canadians exposed to U.S.-based media.

Merrick Garland’s Special-Counsel Appointment of Jack Smith Is in Peril

Nothing might change — except the politics of the 2024 presidential campaign.

In the coming weeks, there is a very real possibility that the federal district court in Florida will rule that Attorney General Merrick Garland’s appointment of Jack Smith as a special counsel (SC) violated the Constitution’s appointments clause (art. II, §2, cl.2).

If Judge Aileen Cannon, the Trump-appointee who is presiding over Smith’s illegal document-retention prosecution against former president Trump, were to make such a ruling, would the Biden Justice Department have to start the case over from scratch? Perhaps, but I think that’s unlikely.

Trump’s Biggest Debate Opponents Are The Media, Not Biden

CNN cut the microphone of Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt on Monday after she correctly pointed out the network’s debate moderators’ long history of anti-Trump bias — proving the former president’s biggest opponent during the Thursday presidential debate isn’t President Joe Biden, but the media.

CNN’s Kasie Hunt first asked Leavitt “what Donald Trump is going to do differently on the debate stage,” before asking Leavitt what she expects from Biden.

Donald Trump proposes migrant vs American cage-fighting match

Donald Trump has proposed that migrants should take on Americans in a cage-fighting tournament.

The former president floated the idea in a speech to Christian conservatives and again at a rally in Philadelphia on Saturday night.

In remarks described as “unhinged” by Democrats, the 78-year-old Republican presidential nominee recalled a conversation he had with his friend Dana White, the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, while addressing the Faith and Freedom Coalition’s Road To Majority conference in Washington.

Snopes has finally gotten around to debunking the ‘very fine people’ hoax

In 1994, practically at the dawn of the internet, Snopes was a fun site that saw two married socialists debunk pervasive urban legends about razors in Halloween candy and hooked hands stuck to car door handles. During the Obama years, it turned into a Democrat mouthpiece that masqueraded as a fact-checking site. That Democrat fealty explains why it’s taken the site seven years to debunk the “very fine people” hoax that painted Trump as a white supremacist and that Joe Biden used to open his 2020 campaign.
