Congressman claims he was run off the road by pro-Palestine protester

A Republican congressman has claimed he was run off the road by a “deranged” pro-Palestinian protester.

Ohio lawmaker Max Miller said he was forced off the road on his way to work by a man who issued death threats against him and his family before waving a Palestinian flag while driving off.

Mr Miller, who is Jewish, recounted the incident in a video on X and pledged to hold the perpetrator responsible, saying: “I will not hide in the face of this blatant anti-semitic violence”.

US court allows Trump to keep control of National Guard in LA

A US appeals court has ruled that President Donald Trump can keep control of National Guard troops he deployed to Los Angeles, despite objections from city leaders and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Trump deployed the troops in response to widespread protests against his immigration crackdown. Local officials called it an unnecessary provocation.

A three-judge panel on Thursday said he was within his rights to order the troops into service to “protect federal personnel… [and] property”. Trump called it a “big win”.

Trump’s trade war is hammering Canada much harder than Mexico

It’s often said that no one wins in a trade war, but not everyone loses equally, either.

As U.S. President Donald Trump hammers his country’s two closest trading partners with tariffs, the blows are landing much harder on Canada than Mexico.

The number of commercial trucks entering the U.S. from Canada fell 10.5 per cent in May from the year before, according to new data on border traffic released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

No Matter How Much The Left Wants To Riot, Americans Still Support ICE And Want Deportations

No matter how much left-wing agitators want to riot to oppose enforcing immigration law, the American people still support Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and deporting illegals.

That is the takeaway from a new Harvard/Harris poll taken in the middle of the Los Angeles anti-ICE riots that have been excused by Democrat leadership like city Mayor Karen Bass and Gov. Gavin Newsom.

BARBER: PM Carney tells a tale or two to justify his pro-European leaning

In a foreign and defence policy speech on June 9, 2025, Prime Minister Mark Carney declared that U.S. predominance in global security is a “thing of the past.”

That is factually incorrect.

Carney wants to hitch our wagon to Eurowagons whose people won’t fight to defend themselves.

Trump’s Churchillian Decision: Eliminating Iran’s Nuclear Sites Means No One Can Use Them Later

President Donald J. Trump has a problem. If he leaves Iran’s major nuclear research and centrifuge sites, such as the Fordow uranium enrichment plant or Natanz, under their protective mountains, the countless centrifuges sheltered there will remain a permanent temptation — an “attractive nuisance” — for the Iranian regime to resurrect to terrorize its neighbors with again.

Trump Gives Iran 2 Weeks Grace

Trump Gives Iran 2 Weeks Grace

Target: Iran. US forces are ready to deliver the second heaviest bunker buster ever made

The US armed forces have made various significant moves in recent days and months, clearly in preparation for strikes on Iran.

First, in March, B-2 Stealth bombers were deployed to Diego Garcia in the middle of the Indian Ocean – a good base for operations against Iran. The B-2s cost more than a billion dollars each and the US only has 19 of them (21 were built but two have been wrecked in accidents): they are only used for the most important operations.

Canada to limit foreign steel imports to help producers hit by U.S. tariffs

Prime Minister Mark Carney is taking some action to crack down on the dumping of cheap foreign steel into Canada to help the country’s big three steel producers reeling from U.S. President Donald Trump’s 50-per-cent tariffs.

Mr. Carney in a press conference in Ottawa on Thursday said the government will limit steel imports from countries that don’t have a free trade agreement with Canada to 2024 levels.

Canadian food budgets are tighter than in the U.S., survey finds

Food in Canada … soon

The average Canadian household spends one-third less on food per week than its U.S. counterpart, a new survey from Leger has found.

Conducted among roughly 1,600 Canadian and 1,000 U.S. respondents, the survey found that a typical weekly food budget in Canada totals C$179, while south of the border, that average looks more like US$203, or around C$277.

That represents a 35 per cent, or roughly one-third decrease for Canadian budgets, compared to the United States.

Ilhan is ill

There’s a saying, “I won’t dignify that with a response.”  Much of what Ilhan Omar says qualifies; however, it is requisite on U.S. patriots to address her putdown of the U.S. turning into “one of the worst countries.”

It’s tempting to be vindictive toward such preposterous ingratitude, but that’s up to her voters (more on her district in a moment). But there’s some schadenfreude to relish: she’s very unhappy, and is not even a friend to herself.  In fact, her warped thinking induces such negative emotions that she feels comfortable being mired in the squalid SQUAD — misery loves company.

Canada said it would stand up to Trump. Instead, it’s taking cues from him

Steve Bannon calls it “flooding the zone”. Donald Trump demonstrated it in his first weeks back in office, when he introduced over 100 executive orders. Regardless of their legal viability, the sheer volume of policy changes is the point. It is a political strategy to overwhelm institutions, courts and social groups, preventing effective opposition.

In Canada, we are witnessing our own version of “flooding the zone” from our new prime minister, Mark Carney, in coordination with provincial and territorial premiers. Carney is the former governor of the Bank of England. Before that, he was the governor of the Bank of Canada. He recently won the federal election by defeating a rightwing opponent Canadians feared would steer them too far towards Trump policies. Yet Carney’s “negotiations” with Trump have so far involved gentle reminders that Canada would never become the 51st state, as threatened by the US president, and capitulations to Trump’s demand to strengthen our border security and increase defense spending. In reality, Canada is moving much closer to the authoritarian rule of Trump.

Maga splits over Trump’s Iran strategy

As Israeli bombs rained down on Iran on Monday, Donald Trump fired off a salvo of his own on Truth Social attacking one of his most reliable media allies.

“Somebody please explain to kooky Tucker Carlson that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon,” Mr Trump wrote in response to remarks from the political commentator claiming he was “complicit” in Israel’s strikes.

“Let him go get a television network and say it so that people listen,” Mr Trump continued, in an apparent dig at Carlson’s web show.

… The MAGA consensus isn’t that tricky to divine; we don’t need to invest in tea leaves, Tarot cards, or professional pollsters. It’s pretty simple, folks: MAGA does NOT want American soldiers in Iran, and there’s ZERO appetite for another “Forever War” in the Middle East.

But that doesn’t mean we want Iran to acquire a nuclear WMD! Are you out of your frickin’ mind?!

Iran TV broadcasts apparently hacked with calls on public to rise up

Several television broadcasts in Iran are apparently hacked with pictures and calls on the public to rise up and take to the streets in protest against the government.

More … Ayatollah Tells Trump “We Will Never Surrender” In Televised Speech To Nation

It’s very difficult to know the truth of the Iranian people openly rebelling against the Mullah regime.

The Mullahs are well protected by the IRGC but if Syria is any indication their fall may be slow at first then all at once.

ICE Raided a Food Plant. Americans Rushed to Apply for Opened-Up Jobs.

Democrats want you to believe only illegal aliens would take farming, factory, hotel, and restaurant jobs. They’re flat out lying.

This past week, ICE raided Glenn Valley Foods, resulting in the biggest worksite immigration raid in Nebraska’s history. Dozens of illegal aliens who were employed at the meat-packing plant were removed for deportation, according to Revolver. And this enforcement of immigration law had an interesting result that Democrats would hate to admit: Americans immediately showed up to apply for the open jobs.
