CIA releases more than 1,000 pages on RFK assassination — including chilling statement: ‘Kennedy must fall’

WASHINGTON — The CIA released 1,450 additional pages of documents related to the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy on Thursday, including 54 previously classified documents and revealing records on his killer — and no evidence of a wider conspiracy.

The files shed more light on the motivations of Sirhan Sirhan, the Palestinian-born Jordanian citizen convicted of Kennedy’s murder after the June 5, 1968, shooting in Los Angeles — and contain a psychological profile of the gunman as well as his handwritten notes.

Canadians favour other countries over Donald Trump’s America, survey suggests … they also elected Justin Trudeau so be mindful of their judgement

As G7 leaders gather in Kananaskis, Alta., a new poll suggests Canadians are souring on the U.S. and embracing relations with other world powers.

The Pollara Strategic Insights survey found net impressions of the U.S. have plunged since President Donald Trump returned to office in January.

At the same time, Canadians are feeling positive about the other G7 member nations: Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

Israel chose to act now, whether Trump likes it or not

It has been clear that there has been growing tension between Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump over the possibility that Israel would launch an attack on Iran.

Trump has been telling the Israeli leader that he doesn’t want him to do this now and to wait, while the US administration continues nuclear negotiations with the Iranians.

But the Israelis clearly thought that they had their opportunity to act.

They believe that the Iranians are as debilitated as they are going to be in the region after last year’s degradation of Hezbollah in Lebanon – that took away a huge deterrent factor from Israel.

Mixed signals.

Protests at G7 summit expected to be largely peaceful, targeting Trump policies

Protests during the upcoming G7 leaders’ summit in Kananaskis, Alta., may be starkly different than demonstrations happening this week against immigration crackdowns in the United States.

A University of Toronto research group that has been monitoring the meetings of world leaders since 1998 says its analysis shows Canadian protests are more peaceful and smaller.

But similar to the recent demonstrations in Los Angeles, they’re likely to be against the policies of U.S. President Donald Trump.

Well it will give Trump a measure of the loons he’ll inherit should he ever annex us.

California Was Never The ‘Homeland’ Of Mexican Invaders

In the midst of the riots that have raged across Los Angeles in response to the Trump administration’s raid to apprehend criminals, Mexican flags have emerged as a prominent emblem of the rioters’ lawless defiance.

While the New York Times gushed that the rioters’ usage of the flag represented “pride in their heritage,” most Americans saw it for what it was: a symbol of conquest. But many leftists are now making that very argument, that it represents a reclamation by Mexico of land supposedly “stolen” by the United States.

China’s Infiltration of North America Runs ‘Deep,’ Says Canadian Investigative Journalist

From manufacturing fentanyl precursors, to operating unofficial Chinese police stations on Western soil, to recruiting academics abroad to gain access to foreign technologies needed to advance Beijing’s goals, China’s infiltration of North America runs “deep,” says a Canadian investigative journalist.

The problem of China’s operations in Canada drew renewed attention last month when FBI Director Kash Patel said Beijing is among the hostile regimes working with cartels to smuggle fentanyl into the United States through Canada.

Nothing About the L.A. “Protest” Is Organic

The new dominant form of organized crime has shown its face in Los Angeles in recent days. Though it comes under the banner of “protest” and is whitewashed in the media as “mostly peaceful” and presumed spontaneous, a close observer can see that it is none of these things. It is in fact the result of a calculated civil terrorism movement taking advantage of Americans’ reluctance to treat criminals as criminals.

Israel preparing to strike Iran, US officials told

American officials have been told that Israel is “fully ready” to launch an operation into Iran and anticipates that Iran could retaliate on US sites in neighbouring Iraq.

CBS News reported that Israel was poised to begin an operation in Iran, prompting the United States to scale down its embassy staff in the Middle East. Further reports suggest that Israel is preparing an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.

The partial withdrawal was announced by President Trump, who said he was less confident now that negotiations with Iran on a nuclear deal would succeed.

Carney’s colossal Canada-US pact

It would give America a first right of refusal on Canadian minerals

Quite a different tune than the CBC is singing for Carney…

G7: Why there is hope of a Carney-Trump tariff breakthrough at Alberta summit

Global trade will be a major focus at next week’s G7 summit as world leaders gather in Alberta, including U.S. President Donald Trump, who will be making his first appearance at a major international event since returning to the White House in January.

Experts and ambassadors are expressing some optimism that this type of event could be a difference-maker in convincing Trump to reduce the amount of tariffs charged on imports to the U.S.

Any possible concessions on the trade front would be welcomed by countries such as Canada, that are facing economic hardship because of tariffs.

US reviewing Aukus submarine pact as part of ‘America First’ agenda

The US has launched a review of its multi-billion dollar submarine deal with the UK and Australia, saying the security pact must fit its “America First” agenda.

Under the trilateral pact, believed to be aimed at countering China, Australia is to get its first nuclear-powered subs from the US, before the allies create a new fleet by sharing cutting-edge tech.

Both Australia and the UK – which did its own review last year – have played down news of the US probe, saying it is natural for a new administration to reassess.

Canada, U.S. exchanging potential terms on economic and security deal

Canada and the United States are exchanging potential terms of agreement in closely held talks on an economic and security deal, The Globe and Mail has learned, but these do not represent the draft text of an actual pact.

These exchanges are an effort to spell out what both sides might be able to agree upon as Ottawa and Washington try to find enough common ground to end their damaging trade war, sources said.

The Globe is not naming the sources because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

MSM addresses anarchy in LA: ‘Why burning EVs isn’t a good idea’

Elizabeth Weise at USA Today decided to comment on the anarchy that’s currently raging across Los Angeles, and here’s her two cents: if you’re going to light other people’s cars on fire, at least make sure it’s not an electric vehicle, because that would be bad for the environment and your fellow rioters. (On the contrary: perhaps we can encourage them to stand as close as possible to the flames and take big deep breaths?)
