Racist NYC subway shooter Frank James sentenced to rot in prison for wounding 10 in terrorist attack

Subway shooter Frank James — who opened fire on a packed Brooklyn subway train, hitting 10 people and igniting terror underground in April 2022 — will spend the rest of his days behind bars, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

James, 64, was sentenced to life in prison by Brooklyn federal Judge William F. Kuntz for the bloody April 12, 2022, attack that seriously injured subway commuters and petrified the city.

Prosecutors had asked for James to get 10 concurrent sentences of life imprisonment for the “careful and prolonged planning” that went into the attack, according to court papers.

The Iranian influence campaign went further than many realize

The evidence that Iranian officials ran an influence operation that penetrated the State and Defense departments is damning. Not only did Iranian American academics and think tankers meet with Iranian officials, but leaked emails suggest they also took direction from them. Not only financial gain motivates espionage; ideological solidarity motivated some of the most damaging spies in American history.

While the Biden administration seeks to downplay the scandal, more than 30 senators now demand the Pentagon suspend and review the security clearance of Ariane Tabatabai, one of the members of the so-called Iran Experts Initiative, now in a sensitive Pentagon position.

You can’t help but wonder how complicit Ottawa is in this.

The Obama and now Biden Iran policies have never made much sense to me.

Iran is the avowed enemy of our allies and partners in the Middle East region, but for some reason, the Obama and Biden Administrations have spent enormous efforts appeasing Iran at the same time that they have been increasingly hostile to countries that have allied themselves with us.

In July 2020, Anthony Fauci got into a heated exchange with Republican Kentucky Senator Rand Paul during a Senate committee hearing. At the time, the question of whether the Covid-19 virus might have leaked from a Wuhan, China, laboratory was considered a conspiracy theory by most health officials and media outlets. But a few independent scientists and reporters kept investigating the possibility. A particularly troubling question was whether the U.S. government might have funded “gain-of-function” research that had made a naturally occurring virus more infectious. Fauci had supported such research in the past. And, as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, a key branch of the Bethesda, Maryland-based National Institutes of Health, he was involved in distributing millions of dollars in grants to virus researchers around the world. In a hearing several months earlier, Fauci had denied that the NIH ever funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
