Jane Ward, Sexuality Studies Professor at the University of California-Riverside, was recently featured in an Insider article in which she stated, “It really looks like straight men and women don’t like each other very much, that women spend so much time complaining about men, and we still have so much evidence of misogyny. From an LGBT perspective, [being straight] looks actually very tragic.”

Females told to ‘be quiet’ on transgender issue – ex-weightlifter

Former Olympic weightlifter Tracey Lambrechs says females are being told to “be quiet” when they complain about the fairness of transgender New Zealand athlete Laurel Hubbard competing in women’s competitions.
Hubbard is on track to become the first transgender athlete to compete at an Olympics after the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) modified qualifying requirements for the Tokyo Games on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old still has to satisfy the New Zealand Olympic Committee (NZOC) of her fitness and performance standards before selection for the team but the prospect she will compete in Tokyo has already raised hackles.
‘Mukbang’ binge-eating kink videos are now illegal in China

The internet’s “mukbang” trend is toast.
China has made the decision to outlaw overt gluttony in public and on social media, which also targets Chinese mukbangers who gorge on camera to the enjoyment of millions of culinary kink fans around the world. Legislators introduced the proposal late last year as part of President Xi Jinping’s campaign against food waste in China and around the world.

CHAZ/CHOP Season 2, Antisemitism Edition, Is Going to Be Lit in the Colorado Mountains
Last year we had the distinct pleasure of covering the Autonomous Zone set up by antifa in Seattle called CHAZ—and then CHOP and then CHAZ/CHOP or something. It was awesome. We were treated to a real-time socialism experiment that failed miserably. The raping and robbing started almost immediately. There was a warlord and police were replaced with street thugs with guns. Remember the garden? I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard since. Marxists might be violent and dangerous but they’re also hilariously unskilled and most likely will die quickly in a real emergency.

Video Celebrating Heroic Muslim for Ramadan ‘in Collaboration with Facebook’ Accused of Fakery
“We are a force for good,” says Nas Daily, the popular Facebook video site that boasts: “With 60 members, we reached 3.2% of the world’s population, 10 billion video impressions, 35 million followers, 100% organic views.” Nas Daily videos tend to be heartwarming and inspiring tales of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, and a video posted Saturday seemed to be more of the same: it profiled a man who adopted eighty children, portraying him as an unalloyed hero.
The Back Story of the CIA’s ‘Woke’ Recruiting Video

“I am a woman of color, I am a mom, I am a cisgender millennial who’s been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder,” explains a 36-year-old woman in a recent CIA recruiting video. “I am intersectional, but my existence is not a box-checking exercise,” she says. Though suffering from “imposter syndrome,” viewers learn, “I did not sneak into the CIA.” Indeed, “My employment was not and is not of a fluke or a slip through the cracks … I am educated, qualified and competent.”
