Anthony Marks, 51, was hit with a car bonnet then chased down, stamped on and beaten with a gin bottle before he was left for dead by the three teenage girls.
Police officers found him with serious injuries to his face and arms at King’s Cross Station at around 5.25am on Saturday, August 10 last year.

A Canadian veteran has told MPs that she has written proof of multiple veterans being offered assisted suicide by Veterans Affairs Canada, reigniting a national controversy over the department’s handling of vulnerable former service members.

“You got some pants on, officer?” Judge Sean Perkins asked police officer Matthew Jackson after he introduced himself to the virtual district courtroom on Monday and inadvertently revealed himself not to be wearing trousers.
