Men, especially the conservative ones, have no idea who women really are.
I’ll be honest, I’ve never given much thought to any of this, have you? pic.twitter.com/96r41ke0Qp

Climate activist Greta Thunberg and other anti-Israel activists will reattempt to break the Israel Defense Forces blockade of the Hamas-held Gaza Strip, Thunberg and flotilla organizers announced on Sunday, with dozens of vessels scheduled to set sail on August 31.

Post-sex regret is not a bad thing in itself. It is a normal, and even potentially constructive, emotion. While the feeling of a regretted sexual act or entire encounter is experienced negatively, it also creates an opportunity to reflect and change our behaviours to avoid future regret. It becomes a problem when an individual, without having voiced any objection during an act or encounter, takes that feeling of post-sex regret and hurls it as an accusation toward an unsuspecting sexual partner.

Commuters who took the law into their own hands when a Tube passenger dropped his trousers in a packed London Underground carriage could face arrest, the Daily Mail can reveal today.
British Transport Police (BTP) believe the naked man, who has since been detained under the mental health act, was assaulted on the District line in east London.
Up to four men stepped in when he repeatedly refused to pull up his pants at 3.30pm last Thursday. He was pinned to the floor and carried off the train before being arrested by an off duty police officer.

Organizers of the African Descent Festival say they feel let down by Vancouver officials who hit them with hefty policing fees — charges they claim were meant to block their event.
But city officials insist the festival failed to meet safety and planning requirements.
The vibrant celebration of Black culture, held annually since 2015, was abruptly shut down Friday morning as police moved in to disperse attendees. Barricades remain at English Bay Beach, where the weekend festival was scheduled for Aug. 9 to 10.

The new boss of one of Britain’s largest environmental groups has agreed that membership has become too white and middle class, as he vowed to build a more diverse movement.
Asad Rehman, who this week has become the first person of colour to lead Friends of the Earth in its 54-year history, said anti-fracking battles had seen the organisation stand alongside working-class people in “left-behind, deprived” communities. But the self-described “reluctant environmentalist” said more needed to be done.
An analysis last year by the Race Report campaign found environmental and conservation groups were among the least diverse in the UK, with 4.5 per cent of their staff being non-white compared with 16 per cent in the working population overall.

A woman subjected to anti-Semitic abuse on social media says she was advised by police to stop posting on controversial subjects such as Gaza.
Heidi Bachram, who had Jewish family members murdered and taken hostage by Hamas during the Oct 7 attacks, was the subject of attacks by another user on X.
The account was eventually suspended for violating X’s rules with the posts, which contained anti-Semitic comments and cartoons showing stereotypically Jewish figures.
