Turns out that Shamsud-Din Jabbar kept Islamic scripture on, of all places, his internal profile page at Deloitte, where he was working as a “solutions specialist” — which sounds eerie now in light of the “solution” he had in mind when he rammed a rented Ford pickup truck into a crowd of revelers on Bourbon Street in the first hours of the new year, killing 15 and injuring dozens more.

A major housecleaning is in order.

ACCOLADES FOR EVIL: Hillary Clinton and George Soros received the highest US civilian honor

WASHINGTON (AP) — In the East Room of the White House on a particularly frigid Saturday afternoon, President Joe Biden bestowed the Presidential Medal of Freedom to 19 of the most famous names in politics, sports, entertainment, civil rights, LGBTQ+ advocacy and science.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton aroused a standing ovation from the crowd as she received her medal. Clinton was accompanied to the event by her husband former President Bill Clinton, daughter Chelsea Clinton and grandchildren. Democratic philanthropist George Soros and actor-director Denzel Washington were also awarded the nation’s highest civilian honor in a White House ceremony.

Boss accused of sexism for saying she wanted to buy ‘pink dresses’ for hoped for granddaughter

What a diseased mind.

An HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) boss was accused of sexism after saying she wanted to have a granddaughter so she could buy pink dresses, an employment tribunal has heard.

Rachel Gladstone demanded that her team leader Sandra Edwards keep her “overt spoilt-pink-baby-girl-princess sexism” for her private life after she made the remark in a team meeting.

This is a doozy.

A figure filmed planting pipe bombs around Capitol Hill hours before the January 6 insurrection is so well disguised, the FBI isn’t sure if they are a man or a woman.

The 5ft 7in suspect was caught on CCTV laying the explosives outside the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee on January 5, 2021.

Newly released video showed they wore a white hoodie, dark pants and gloves, and a mask around their face – as most people did during the Covid pandemic at the time.

Ottawa to spend $400K to scrap Canadian Coast Guard ship destroyed by vandals six years ago

OTTAWA – After six years of costly indecision, the federal government will spend more than $400,000 to dispose of a Canadian Coast Guard vessel that spent more years as a “dead” ship than a seaworthy vessel.

Built in 2013, CCGS Corporal McLaren M.M.V. will have the unfortunate honour of having spent the majority of its 10 years of service as a boat-shaped hunk of metal more accustomed to dry land than swelling seas.
