Sadistic lesbian foster moms made boy, 12, wear soaking wetsuit and joked ‘Shiver, shiver dumb f**k’ before his horrific death, murder trial hears

Two lesbian foster moms tortured a 12-year-old boy by forcing him to wear a soaking wetsuit as they mocked him in gut-wrenching messages before he was tragically found dead, prosecutors claim.

The disturbing claims about the death of the Canadian child, identified only as LL, have come to light during the murder trial of Becky Hamber, 44, and 46-year-old Brandy Cooney.

LL, who died on December 21, 2022, was found soaking wet, unresponsive, and emaciated in the basement of the couple’s Toronto-area home before being pronounced dead at the hospital, the court was told.

Distressing footage shows aftermath of Derby car-ramming as two victims leave hospital and police continue to question suspect

Distressing footage showing the aftermath of a car crash which left seven people injured has emerged as police continue to question the driver.

Two people can be seen lying in the street in the footage taken after a car reportedly mounted a pavement and mowed down revellers in Derby on Saturday night.

Another man who appears to be dazed can be seen sitting in the road as blue lights flash around.

“Man from India” may mean Muslim given that country is on track to have the world’s largest Islamist population of any nation on Earth.

Carney deflects from floor crossing MP’s China’s slave state comments … wonders if he’ll have to report gift from Xi

Carney defends Canada’s approach to forced labour amid fallout from floor-crossing MP’s comments

Prime Minister Mark Carney defended Canada’s approach to forced labour as one of his newest MPs continues to face backlash for appearing to cast doubt on the practice in China.

Carney’s response to Michael Ma’s performance at committee last week comes during a sensitive moment in both Canada’s attempts to reset ties with Beijing and the ongoing trade war with the Trump administration — which is investigating whether its northern neighbour and dozens of other countries are failing to take action on forced labour.

Millions of Americans are now eligible for Canadian citizenship and many are applying ‘just in case’

When Donald Trump was first elected in 2016, New York State resident Ellen Robillard briefly looked into getting Canadian citizenship. Her mother, after all, was born in Nova Scotia.

As a Democrat, Robillard was despondent at the election results, but she abandoned the idea after realizing that her young son wouldn’t be eligible for citizenship under a law that barred Canadians born abroad from passing their citizenship to children if they were also born outside Canada.

News outlets falsely report Somaliland called for extradition of Ilhan Omar

Several news outlets have falsely reported that Somaliland’s government called for the extradition of Ilhan Omar, basing their stories on a post from an X account that does not represent the state despite its claims to the contrary.

Fox News, the New York Post, Sinclair Broadcast Group’s the National News Desk and the Independent ran stories on the US representative. The reports centred on a post by @RepOfSomaliland in reaction to claims by JD Vance that Omar had committed immigration fraud, which echoed prior allegations against the Somali-born Minnesota Democrat that she has vehemently denied.

“Deportation?” the post read. “Please you’re just sending the princess back to her kingdom. Extradition? Say the word …”

‘Equity cards’ arguments take over NDP Leadership Convention: ‘CANADA IS COOKED’

As you already know, the New Democrat Party over the weekend elected a new leader in Avi Lewis.

But prior to him stepping into Jagmeet Singh’s Gucci loafers, there were some other events that took place during the NDP Leadership Convention in Winnipeg.

My suspicion is the Juno’s and the NDP Convention are the same event rebranded.

Pro-Palestine activists wanted to test the limits of a residential protest ban in North York. Here’s what happened

A small group of pro-Palestinian demonstrators was met by a large police presence on Sunday, as they marched in North York to test a directive banning them from residential parts of a local Jewish neighbourhood.

At 1 p.m., about 20 people carrying Palestinian flags and shouting anti-Israel slogans walked west along Sheppard Avenue from its intersection with Bathurst Street, the site of competing weekly rallies about the Mideast conflict since at least fall 2024.

A line of Toronto Police Service (TPS) officers and cruisers blocked off each side street along the main thoroughfare. At each one, organizers asked if they would be allowed down the street, and officers instructed them to keep moving.

That’s a lot of cops and firemen to deploy. The cost of policing these cranks is unsustainable.

Crimson-clad clown flings shredded Quran at NYC mosque, smears feces on building: cops

A fit-challenged vandal dressed in red from head-to-toe flung ripped-up pages from the Quran at a Brooklyn mosque — then disgustingly smeared feces on the building, cops said.

The monochrome maniac unleashed the sickening attack on the Islamic Mission of America in Brooklyn Heights around 4:30 a.m. March 9 as the piggish perp threw the shredded pages on the mosque’s front steps, according to investigators.
