Don’t forget: FBI brands Trump supporters ‘terrorists,’ with nation on the brink

As the specter of real terrorism engulfs the news in Israel, don’t forget that the FBI has ideas of its own about who the “real” terrorists are.

Newsweek recently reported that the FBI has clandestinely created a new subcategory of domestic terrorists that it intends to target going forward. The group has been labeled AGAAVE, which stands for anti-government, anti-authority violent extremism, but which is neither anarchist, a militia, or a sovereign citizen group.

Hamas apologists have misunderstood Frantz Fanon

The philosopher’s work has been too easily applied to Israel and Palestine

Frantz Fanon is a thinker who is worshipped but seldom read. Known for his provocative meditations on political violence, he is frequently dredged up in the argument over the Israel-Palestine conflict, which for many Leftists is the ne plus ultra of settler colonialism in the 21st century. In the aftermath of Hamas’s homicidal assault on civilian communities in Southern Israel, alongside mantras of “decolonisation is not a metaphor”, there was an enthusiasm among some sectors of the Left for what they misconceived as an act of anti-colonial “resistance”.

The anti-Semites are on the march

Britain, we have a problem. Across the country yesterday, thousands upon thousands attended ‘pro-Palestine’ demonstrations. The biggest, in London, attracted 10,000 people, according to police. Nominally, the protests were raging against Israel’s bombardment of Gaza and its policies towards the Palestinians. You might think protesting against a nation as it defends itself against a genocidal terrorist group – which a week ago slaughtered 1,300 Jews, including small children – would be enough to raise some eyebrows. But it didn’t take long for unabashed Jew hatred and support for the terrorists of Hamas to come bobbing up to the surface.

Inside UC Berkeley’s secretive Bears for Palestine student group that supports Hamas terrorists while hiding their identities

The University of California’s Berkeley’s Bears for Palestine this week expressed their support for Hamas just hours after the terror group’s attack on Israel left more than 1,000 dead.

But this was just the latest shocking display of support for the Islamist group since its inception in 2001.

The group was founded by Hatem Bazian, a controversial lecturer in Asian American and Asian Diaspora Studies who has repeatedly justified terror attacks against Israel and Intifada (uprising) in the US.

Out with a Whimper: Europe’s Quiet Crisis of Fertility

Anyone in need of a break from the frivolity of so much Western politics should spend time in Poland. The conditions there, I was pleased to find on my first ever visit last month, are highly favourable to thoughtful debate about important matters. The country does not go through the tedious ritual of pretending, for instance, that importing endless numbers of foreigners with no ancestral attachment to Poland is an enriching exercise. This may have something to do with the fact that the Polish elite, whatever their other faults, never subjected their country to such a treacherous demographic experiment in the first place, so there is no need to dream up an ex post facto rationalisation. Nor is Polish conservatism plagued by the predominance, so regrettable in Britain, of free market fundamentalists who obsess over GDP while failing to grasp that all economic activity takes place within a pre-existing culture whose health is paramount.

Tlaib loses cool when asked if Israel has right to exist: ‘Do you work for Netanyahu?’

A video purportedly from 2019 shows Rep. Rashida Tlaib, the progressive Democrat of Michigan, saying that Israel and the Palestinian people should “coexist” after being asked if the former has a right to exist.

In the video obtained by Fox News Digital, the Michigan representative is seen having a spirited conversation with a self-described “concerned Jewish constituent.”

Cory Morgan: Unions Have No Business Being Anti-Israel Activists

Canadians were horrified as the carnage and bloodshed were unfolding in Israel during the unprecedented terrorist attack by Hamas was unfolding. The horror turned to outrage for many when the social media account for the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) local 3906 cheered on the attack, saying “Palestine is rising, long live the resistance!”

CUPE 3906 represents staff and faculty members at McMaster University. The university quickly released a statement distancing itself from its own union.

There Is No Such Thing As ‘Palestinians’

The patterns of the anti-Semitic/Marxist/”Palestinian”/LGBTQ/BLM/hate-filled alliance are nothing if not predictable. After expressing shock and dismay that their Palestinian friends in Gaza specifically targeted civilians, in under a week, they have quickly shifted back to their repeated old rhetoric. They are now blaming Israel for the horrific attacks from Hamas, calling Israel’s counter-attacks on Hamas a “terrorist siege,” blitzing the media with images of wounded from Gaza, and attacking Israel in all ways as an ‘apartheid state’ and, as Ocasio Cortez defined Israel, a nation devoted to “ethnic cleansing”.

Howard Levitt: If your employer expresses sympathy for Hamas, here are your options

Children found bound and shot in the head. Young women raped and killed, their bodies driven through the streets of Gaza and spat upon. Rave participants massacred. A grandmother’s murder posted on her own Facebook page. Some of it apparently filmed and broadcast by Hamas, hoping to cow Israelis into submission. That is the very definition of “terrorism.”

Cheezus this could do worthwhile damage to our demented Universities.

Tensions in Ottawa mount as war rages in Israel

Tensions were high on Carleton University campus Friday.

A cell phone video showed a vehicle with the Israeli flag being stopped by a rally. The student says the flag was ripped off his vehicle. Another person can be seen on the video giving the driver the middle finger.

A statement from the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs posted to social media reads in part, “During a large anti-Israel rally, a Jewish student was harassed and property damaged. Thankfully, there are no reported injuries.”

Palestinians Cheered 9/11

Israel isn’t the only target of Palestinian hatred.

Israel is not the only target of Palestinian terrorists. The United States has long been a recipient of Palestinian hatred and has been, in the minds of many Palestinians and much of the Islamic world, the other Satan.

Elites and those who are ignorant speak of the so-called cycle of violence in the Middle East but what is really telling as to the true nature of the Mid East is the decades long violence perpetuated by Palestinians and their allies.

How Iran benefits from Israeli conflict

A little more than a week before Hamas carried out its Operation al-Aqsa Flood, the national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, said: “The Middle East region is quieter today than it has been in two decades.” Sullivan was expressing a consensus view, one apparently shared by the Israeli government. Then came the attacks of last weekend and, as the Israeli president, Isaac Herzog, said, “Not since the Holocaust have so many Jews been killed in one day.” The surprise attacks have been called Israel’s 9/11, its Pearl Harbor, and so the question Israelis are asking is: how could this happen? And of more consequence, perhaps: who was really behind it?
