THE View: Whoopi Shouts Down Any Idea that Renee Good Was in the Wrong

As the moderator of ABC’s The View, on Tuesday, Whoopi Goldberg acted as an enforcer of the fact The View only allowed THE view; shouting down two other co-hosts who dared to even hint that far-left, anti-ICE radical Renee Good was in any way in the wrong before getting neutralized by the ICE agent she tried to run over. Additionally, co-host Joy Behar searched for a legal basis to attack ICE agents and claimed the shooting was part of plot by President Trump to declare martial law to end elections.

Saab wants Canada to buy 72 Gripens and 6 GlobalEyes to fulfil promise of 12,600 jobs

The Canadian Armed Forces would need to buy 72 Gripen fighter jets and six GlobalEye surveillance aircraft for Swedish manufacturer Saab to deliver on its pledge of creating 12,600 jobs in Canada, CBC News has learned.

Government and industry sources said Saab’s proposals for both aircraft are currently being studied by experts in defence matters and economic benefits in Ottawa.

Top officials from Saab said late last year that they could create about 10,000 jobs in Canada, but the exact size of the aircraft orders required to reach that number had not yet been made public.

REDACTED: City of Brampton’s $4-billion electric bus deal leaves taxpayers completely in the dark

$245 for 1,799 pages: 1,622 completely redacted—words covered by large blocks of black to hide them from the public.

The Pointer is trying to uncover the details behind a $4-billion deal, the largest of its kind in the municipality’s history, between the City of Brampton and a foreign company that not many in Ontario have ever heard of.

On June 15, Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown stood alongside U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Ottawa, announcing a monumental partnership with U.K.-based electric-fleet management and battery storage company, Zenobe, to support 1,000 new vehicles on a newly designed electrified platform, for more than 40 million annual passenger trips.

France announces ban on 10 British anti-migrant activists

France’s interior ministry has announced ban on 10 British anti-migrant activists who travelled to the country.

Officials said they took action after reports that members of the Raise the Colours movement had conducted anti-migrant activities in France.

On Tuesday, “territorial bans were issued against 10 British nationals, identified as activists within the movement and having carried out actions on French soil”, the interior ministry said.

In a post on X it said: “Our rule of law is non-negotiable. Violent and hate inciting tactics have no place in our territory.”

Gee France isn’t sending your unwanted 3rd World benefit seekers into a neighboring country without permission kind of hateful?

Device that may be tied to “Havana Syndrome” obtained by U.S. government

The U.S. government quietly acquired a device in late 2024 that officials believe may be connected to the debilitating condition known as “Havana Syndrome,” which more than 1,500 American officials have reported experiencing since 2016, according to multiple sources briefed on the matter who spoke with CBS News.

The device was purchased clandestinely in the final weeks of the Biden administration by the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigations division, using Pentagon funding that exceeded eight figures, according to two people familiar with the matter. The device is portable, backpack-sized, and contains components of Russian origin, the two people said.

If Biden bought it then I call fake.

Trump says anything less than having Greenland in US hands is ‘unacceptable’

Better hope those t-shirts sell out.

NUUK, Greenland (AP) — President Donald Trump said Wednesday that NATO should help the U.S. acquire Greenland and anything less than having the island in U.S. hands is unacceptable, hours before Vice President JD Vance was to host Danish and Greenlandic officials for talks.

In a post on his social media site, Trump reiterated his argument that the U.S. “needs Greenland for the purpose of National Security.” He added that “NATO should be leading the way for us to get it” and that otherwise Russia or China would — “AND THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!”

“NATO becomes far more formidable and effective with Greenland in the hands of the UNITED STATES,” Trump wrote. “Anything less than that is unacceptable.”

Trump claims CUSMA is ‘irrelevant’, but says Canada ‘wants it’

U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday said the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement — the trade pact also known as CUSMA — is not relevant for the U.S., but Canada wants it, as he pushed for companies to bring manufacturing back to American soil.

“There’s no real advantage to it — it’s irrelevant,” Trump said. “Canada would love it. Canada wants it. They need it.”

The Detroit Three automakers are heavily reliant on supply chains that include significant parts production in Mexico and Canada, and all three produce hundreds of thousands of vehicles annually in both countries.
