With an abysmal track record for leadership and the most hilariously hypocritical book ever, Governor Cuomo is not the omnipotent all-powerful being he seems to think he is. But he continues to govern New York as such. Now, New York Democratic Assemblyman N. Nick Perry is sponsoring Bill A416, which proposes giving the Governor the power to detain and remove “cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health.”
