He halted the deportation of illegal aliens apprehended in the interior of the country, thus turning the U.S. into one large sanctuary zone. A federal judge in Texas has temporarily enjoined Biden’s no-deportation order, but that injunction will have little practical effect, since a court can hardly compel immigration agents to affirmatively act.
