On Monday’s The View, the liberal hosts were more upset at Sen. Ron Johnson [R-WI] making incendiary statements about Black Lives Matter and the “fictitious” Antifa, than they were by scandal-plagued New York Governor Andrew Cuomo refusing to resign.
