Alberta’s slow economic rebound continues to drive Albertans to other provinces.
More than 3,000 residents were lost to other places in Canada during the first quarter of this year, marking the fourth consecutive quarter in which the number of people who left the province outpaced newcomers arriving from elsewhere in the country, according to the latest Statistics Canada data.
