Some frustrated passengers who arrived at Pearson International days ago have returned to the airport repeatedly to try to find their lost luggage — without success.
“I have absolutely no idea why a developed country like this cannot figure out luggage. For me, it’s just unacceptable. It’s a disaster,” said Daniel Baheta, of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, who’s visiting family in Toronto for a month.
