The U.S. Army War College’s newest acronym is DEI: diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Spring 2022 issue of Parameters, the flagship journal of the War College, features an article by Lt. Col. Danielle Holt (a surgeon and a graduate of the War College) and Col. Susan Davis (a physical therapist and also a graduate of the War College) on the topic “Interrupting Bias in Army Talent Management.” The article is included in a section of the journal under the heading “Highlighting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” The once famed U.S. Army War College has gone woke.
