Trans women must stop bathing in Hampstead Heath’s famous ladies pond before its looming centenary anniversary, campaigners have demanded in a fresh row.
A debate has erupted over the gender identity policy introduced by town hall bosses three years ago for the beauty spot in north London.
The Kenwood Ladies’ Pond was opened in 1926 and is billed as a “unique women-only space” that “provides a place of refuge and security for women and girls of all ages”.
