(I have tried this. It’s pricey, yes, but very very good. I’ve never used mushrooms quite that exotic, or sautéed them without rehydrating first, as Gordon seems to be doing. Does anyone know anything about mushrooms?)
But some of you prefer Chef John. Very well.
