Conservatives say their MPs will stop passing on home internet bills to taxpayers

OTTAWA — Conservative MPs will no longer be able to charge taxpayers for their home internet, according to the party’s whip.

The National Post reported earlier this week that 57 MPs claimed their home internet costs as part of their constituency office expenses. That included 28 Conservative MPs, the most of any party.
