Two 17-year-old boys have been charged in Thursday’s “brazen” noon-hour, drive-by shooting of a 15-year-old student in the parking lot at Weston Collegiate Institute.
Toronto Police say the victim, who managed to make his way inside the school afterwards to get help, is currently in “critically stable” condition.
