A group of mobilised Russian men in a video message said they are refusing to obey commanders’ orders to go into an assault outside Donetsk.
A dozen men were seen standing in a dark room, saying they were moved from Belgorod’s territorial defence last week to a Donetsk suburb of Shebekino and were ordered to “storm villages” without any training, equipment or official orders.
