An allegedly drunk Mexican national firing his AR-15 style rifle in his front yard in Texas is believed to have shot and killed five people — including an 8-year-old — after one of the victims asked him to stop shooting the weapon, authorities said.
The victims were shot in the head, execution style, in the home in Cleveland, Tex., just outside Houston, police said.
