Terrifying new bodycam footage has shown a cop grab an assault rifle and run towards a Texas mall while a gunman unleashed a barrage of bullets on shoppers.
Mauricio Garcia, 33, killed eight people including children on May 6 outside H&M in Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. He was shot dead at the scene.
Horrifying clips now reveal how the first police officer on the scene screamed at onlookers and raced towards the danger in a bid to neutralize the situation.
