OTTAWA — Sophie Grégoire Trudeau will no longer be on the prime minister’s arm when world leaders come to Ottawa, due to their separation, but she will still be a regular presence at Rideau Cottage and will have access to domestic staff at the property. However, she will no longer have support from staff at the Prime Minister’s Office, according to a source privy to the details of their new arrangement.
