Mugging is dying out on Britain’s streets because fewer people are carrying cash, a Virgin Money executive has said.
Finance chief Clifford Abrahams said traditional forms of financial crime, such as street theft and bank robbery, had been replaced with more sophisticated digital methods involving AI.
