A woman who worked late night shifts at a takeaway shop has successfully sued for discrimination after her male boss ignored her fears over walking home alone.
Fathimath Athif was awarded more than £15,000 even though she worked only four shifts at Spice E17, an unlicensed takeaway restaurant in east London.
