The “dumb criminals” phenomenon has surely crossed the computer or phone screen of anyone who has spent even a scintilla of time on the internet — but we think this story out of the Brampton, Ontario area, north of Toronto, takes the concept to a different plane altogether. According to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers in the Caledon area, early January a 25-year-old motorist allegedly opened a beer in-car to commemorate having just passed his G2 license exam 20 minutes prior.
