Canada’s Mounties have been mocked for trying to convince children who ‘identify as women’ to apply for an internship with the police force.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police posted an advertisement for the force’s ‘student employment opportunity,’ which is aimed at grade 11 high school students.
Unveiled on X, the recruitment drive specifically targeted those who identify as female – saying ‘We’re looking for high school students in grade 11 who identify as women.’
