In the wake of more gun control efforts and heated rhetoric from those who would tell you that you will be safer if you give government a monopoly on lethal force, I would like to remind anyone with ears and eyes unblinded by the emasculated compassion and empathy religion that passes for progressivism of three simple facts:
- The human race is filled with violent, ignorant, insane and avaricious people.
- It happens every day, even here in progressive USA, that innocent lives are threatened and sometimes taken by those kinds of people.
- People who are armed, trained and ready to defend themselves and their loved ones are the most likely to survive.
