An animal rights group has erected a billboard memorial near the site where several pigs died when the transport truck carrying them caught fire earlier this month.
The billboard by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), located in the 800-block of Division Road in Windsor, reads in part: If Everyone Were Vegan, It Wouldn’t Have Happened.
