
Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s rash and sudden decision to oust an Iranian-born Canadian politician from his Progressive Conservative party caucus over an honest mistake is misplaced.
It’s an example of the premier’s appetite to part ways with any elected official or candidate who doesn’t clap like a seal “for the people” or toe the party line. Since when did a difference of opinion become a bad thing? Aren’t we as humans supposed to have thoughtful debate?
