Brawl between stick-wielding walkers erupts at Peak District beauty spot
Police were called to a popular beauty spot in the Peak District after a fight broke out between several people wielding large sticks.
Video footage of the incident shows onlookers watching as several men attack each other at the stepping stones in Dovedale National Nature Reserve on Saturday afternoon.
The National Trust said the incident occurred as two groups of walkers tried to cross in opposite directions, despite the fact the stepping stones are currently closed.
There was much hand-wringing from @BBCCountryfile that ethnic minorities felt afraid to go to the countryside.
