She was kicked out of the New Democrat caucus at Queen’s Park for insubordination last fall, but the party has left the door open for Hamilton Centre MPP Sarah Jama to be its candidate in next provincial election.
NDP Leader Marit Stiles confirmed Wednesday that the party’s executive is preparing an analysis on “electoral implications” involving Jama, who has been sitting as an Independent and has stated publicly she plans to seek re-election as one.
